Localização excelente para uma viagem pelos mercados de Natal”
Escolhemos este hotel pela relação qualidade/preço e não nos arrependemos! A localização é perfeita,bem no centro da cidade de Mulhouse, todo o staff é bastante simpático e o pequeno-almoço é excelente! O único ponto menos bom foi a limpeza pois nas duas noites que lá ficámos nunca despejaram o lixo que estava no cesto e apenas puxaram os lençóis para cima! No geral foi uma experiência bastante positiva!

I have stayed at this hotel several times, always very well. This year I discovered the new layout of the room for breakfast, it is beautiful; in addition the choice for breakfast is sumptuous.
Great location no Air Conditioning when it is more than 30 degrees”
We were very happy with this hotel when we stayed there before, the staff are friendly, except one. But when we stayed in May we were told that they would not put the air conditioning on even though it was 29 degrees! They said ' We can not plunge the whole hotel in winter because it is hot for two days, the weather will change next week'. I was furious because I was in a triple room with my two children and we had to have the window open, which meant that the electric lights from outside shone into our room and so did the Friday and Saturday night noise from the street. When I complained again at 11 p.m because myself and my children could not sleep the woman who was on the desk at night time argued with me! She did not even apologize she just kept saying that 'we can not plunge the whole hotel into winter for two days of hot weather'. I was so frustrated and very very upset with her for arguing back with me. The kind barman went to find me a fan. Very disappointed.
