I was looking for one night stay just for sleep. For this purpose, this hotel was suitable. This hotel is located near Central Pattaya and Night Bazzare. There’s lots of beer bar and restaurant near this hotel but it was silent in the room. The room rate was reasonable, only less than 700THB including tax. Room was little bit old but tiny. Bath room was also clean because of renovated. Coffee sticks and tea bags are complementary. I think this hotel is reasonable just for sleep few nights. I recommend you.

Took me 1 hour to check in because they couldn't find the reservation. I got a message on Agoda saying the booking denied after getting confirmation. Good thing they had an empty room.

small price, clean rooms, nice staff. Cleaning time from 9am to 6pm woooow! Friendly stuff that helps you 24 hours if you have a problem. Card to order food till midnight. Just 8 minutes to walk to the walking street.

The hotel is in a very good place just of the second road opposite the Bay View Siam hotel on Soi 9. There is a 500 b deposit on check. It is a good clean hotel, the staff were very helpful, my room was quite clean and the cleaning lady was very helpful with keeping it clean every day, you get tea, coffee, 2 bottles of water, towels daily if you need them in your room, no issues if you bring someone back to your room, there is a safe i every room which was very useful as i just locked everything away and i had access to my personal things whenever i needed them. it is only 10 minutes walk to the beach road and 15 minutes walk over to Walking street, there are many good restaurants,bars, massages places etc. i recommend a trip over to the show at Alcazer which is only a 10 minute drive in a tuk tuk or 20 minute walk straight up the second road or just off the beach road just past the hard rock cafe on the Soi on the right. have fun everybody and just enjoy yourselves.

Great value for money. Big room with balcony and big shower space. Just 10 metres away are 2 good restaurants. Central location and not really noizy.

The location is good for having a good night rest and not far from the pier to take the boat. Good value for money and attentive staff.

The room was fine, the balcony a little less because the ac outlet of the internet cafe was placed on the balcony as well. My major concern was the security of the rooms. Yes you have an inhouse safe but the front desk was often not occupied and you had to take the key to your room yourself!

This time I had booked 25 nights but I didn´t get a room with balcony this time. But the room was fine anyway. I stayed here in June last year too and was happy with the place, so I was this time too. Close to the beach, shopping malls and the nightlife but quiet anyway as it´s in a deadend soi. I will booked this place next time too.

I have been to Pattaya at 20 times and I have stayed in many places. This is the best value for the money I have got. Nice clean rooms in a good location. All for a good price. I have booked it again for my next trip.

Little House Pattaya is really good value. The room was a good size and is nicely fitted out. The bed was comfortable and quiet for sleeping at night. The hotel is in a great location not too far from the beach and Central is only a short walk away. The staff were helpful if you needed but didn't mind your business too much. I have stayed in a few places in Pattaya and I think for the money this is very hard to beat.

Little gem of a place”

One of the best Guesthouses I have stayed in for a long time. This place must be quite new as I stayed opposite this place last year and it wasn't there then. Nice and quiet with a big room and balcony. Room safe and 24 hour reception. Has Wifi in room and a Internet cafe next door. Five mins walk to Central Festival shopping centre and the beach. Will be booking this place again next year.

Jeden Tag gabs frische Handtücher, free wifi im Zimmer hat einwandfrei funktioniert, freundliches Personal, trotz der guten Lage ruhig weil das Hotel nicht direkt an der Hauptstraße sondern in einer Seitenstraße liegt. Nette Zimmer und zum Strand wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.
