Overpriced and no senior staff to assist.”
The main bedroom only had 1 bedside table lamp. No main light in the room. There were some very rowdy and noise sports teams staying, with no control by management. During a power outage, we got stuck in the elevator. The emergency phone in the elevator does not work and we had to phone the elevator company in order to get hold of the hotel staff to let us out 2 hours later. No apologies either on check out.

The location needs some walking to the bus stop. We didn't drive but still manageable as long as you don't carry heavy load. There are eateries nearby which are tasty. Supermarket open till 12 midnight but stuff is more expensive than Woolsworth. Staff service is great & friendly. Breakfast in the hotel was fantastic although lack of staff. Only gripe is the bath. Inconsistent hot & water flow. Almost scalded myself!

Very cosy apartment stay for us and parking at hotel is very convenient. The thai eatery nearby is awesome too !

Great Apartment within CBD”
The location is convenient with car rental shops around the corner and bus stops to shopping area nearby. Apartment is fully equipped for mid to long term stay and surrounding is quiet and peaceful. Rooms are big and great for families of 4.

Short stay over the weekend with a sporting group. Good location within walking distance of Perth city , mini mart , fast food and bottle mart across the road . Spacious apartment for a family of 4 , comfy beds and great kitchen facilities. Would stay again

Reasonably priced place to rest your head”
This is our go-to for apartments. It's not fancy, decor and building are a bit dated, but it's clean and has everything you need. Walking distance to CBD and on CAT route.

We stayed in a spacious 2-bedroom apartment with our 3 kids, plenty of room, very comfy beds. Bathrooms are in need of an upgrade (toilet leaked when flushing). Kids very disappointed the pool was closed, we were not aware of this when booking or when checking in.

Great functional space with amazing breakfast spread”
We stayed there for a total of 3 nights on 2 separate occasions for our trip, and both different rooms. We stayed the one with 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms which was helpful for our party of 4, great amount of space, sheets were clean and everything. Washing machine and drying machine were helpful too, in terms of laundry. My only gripe was that there were no complimentary water bottles and that in certain rooms, the AC was a little noisy as it is a central AC.

We understand that the hotel was very busy on the Long Weekend with many children about, but the quality of the pool all weekend was terrible. But Monday the pool was down at least 20cm of water. This was dangerous as it made the water very shallow. The quality of the water was disgusting. Merky and very cloudy. In the late afternoon there were no towels there for two days. We left the card on our door handle on Sunday morning so that we could obtain some room service as we required new towels. The card was still on our door handle when we left on Tuesday. The room we stayed in had a terrible smell throughout. We were glad to leave the room in the day.

the room is exactly the same as the pictures. The staff allowed us check in earlier thus we can spend more to walk around the city.They provide bus routine information and nice places to visit to us!They made a smooth and happy trip for us!
