nice area ,easy pickup area for quick takeoff with a convenience store at the foot (for your convenience ) mantra are on one of the lower tiers when it comes to my hierarchy of hotels , I did stay at this one directly after I had stayed at the Langham , but I promise I'm not being harsh in comparison lol- the staff were really helpful I remember I had a small problem in the beginning and they had fixed that for me (I think I got a day early and they managed to get my room for me but unfortunately as I finish work really late at night I did come home to a cold shower on the first night :( I had been told that It was perhaps because of the late hour that I had arrived or to wait a bit for it to warm but it really didn't do any of those things it was just cold - I cried haha but the man they sent to fix it was really nice and did try and help me while I was crying haha so I do really appreciate it and the staff tried to compensate me for the hassle which I appreciate I really do - just a little stressful as I had back to back days and I just wasn't expecting it because it was so cold overall the hotel is nice and I still managed to do everything I needed to which is the point and the staff are really nice I just hope who ever manages mantras to kinda come and make sure everything running a little bit better lol

Getting blamed for a burn mark that was already on the floor before we got there and having to pay for it to be fixed. Still waiting for feedback and a report to see what was used for the burn mark. Got video proof of us using sparklers outside not inside. Will take to court as we didn’t create the mark on the floor and will get my own carpenter to investigate the mark. A burn mark can’t turn white in less than 24 hours. And if it proves we didn’t create the mark we will sue mantra on the park. Absolutely disgusted.
