Nagyon tiszta szállás, mindennel felszerelt, hajszárító, mosógép, új bútorok, komplett konyha, kényelmes ágy, terasz... Nekünk minden tetszett, nagyon jó volt!

Későn tudtunk bejelentkezni valamilyen hiba miatt, ezért kárpótlásul ingyen megkaptuk a klímahasználatot. Szerencsére, mert egyébként nyitott ablaknál lehetetlen aludni. A belső udvarra nézett az apartmanunk, de a szomszédok klímájától és a folyamatos zajongástól nehéz lett volna pihenni. A tisztasággal nem volt gond, a recepción is kedvesek voltak. Ár/érték arányban nagyon jó választás.

A szállás maga elég szuper, a személyzet is. Ami nem tetszett, az a hajnali hangoskodás 01-03 között és a kora reggeli szomszédok ordibálása és randalírozása (mint megtudtam, vásárolt lakásokkal laknak is ott). Hiába a házirend, amit kitöltetnek veled bejelentkezéskor. Kb rendőrt lehetett volna hívni rájuk. Ha ez nem lett volna, bármikor szívsen visszatérnék.

Great value for money”
Very comfortable, nice clean and great facilities, even you can find a wash machine. The only thing was missing the air conditioner as was very hot those days but they said it's in progress. Very friendly staff and very good location, near by the shopping centre and the public transport.

Good location, quiet place, everything is close, the shopping center and public transport. Very nice rooms, looks brand new apartments, very clean and good facilities. Friendly staff . Second time went back as it's very good as value of money! Definitely recommend!

we reserved apartment for one night but next day we decided to stay one more. we’ve been at the reception at 10.15 am to extend reservetion but what i heard from stuff was 🤯 they say that i need to pay 25euro for late checkout (15min late and want to extend reservation) need to change room and wait till 5 pm becouse check in starts from this hour, when i ask about my luggage they say i can pay 20euro for early check in but it starts from 3pm. so still 3 hours you need to sit on your luggage and waiting for the room. Personel wasn’t friendly and didn’t try to find solution for that, only takes more money from you. if you are sure how long have you be there, room are clean and well.

We are glad to have chosen us. Early check in (15€) and late check out (25€) included in the confirmation letter you receive after made the reservation.The daily cleaning is included in the price upon request on your every 4th day, after 15:00pm. Extra cleaning is 10€/occ, extra sheet, bed linen and towel is 1€/piece. The reception is open 24 hours and has any request. I have been in several countries and there has been no more air conditioning in the apartment only in the central location, we are sorry that it did not meet your expectations, so for the price that is low in Budapest we can serve that much. And because the air conditioning is not included in the reservation price, the extra service is € 5 / night. Best Regards

Good Location and Price”
It was an excellent location and flat was clean. Only issue was reception was not in that building it was few building away which I was not aware and then there was no cleaning as they told us if you are staying more than 3 nights then we can do cleaning but I was staying for 3 nights. I had to pay per night for AC also as there was no fan in flat and it was hot during 3-6 August.2019.

Apt was clean and had everything u we needed but definitely needs some repairs (microwave, toilet, fridge buzzing). Building hallways and elevators are very dirty, too bad for a building with a good potential. Location is not the best, cca 35 min walk to the Chain bridge. If u use public transportation it's ok. Parking in the street is free from Friday 6PM till Monday 8AM and there was always free space which is great. U have to leave 50 euro deposit on your check-in and air conditioning is available on request, strange....not sure if you have to pay for it so I suggest u check on their site first and check if something is broken when you enter the apt.

Let me state my reviews in points to be clear 1- First Hotel charge you for 50 Euros deposit it wasn't stated on Agoda website at any step so this is considered a fall back not to inform your customers specially if there will be budget travelers or people who don't have cash on site. 2- Receptionist was so friendly and helped me to have smooth check-in and answered my questions 3- When I checked into the room I found it organized , tidy and clean except from lots of ants on the floor which the housekeeping team needs to take care off as I got bitten when staying on the couch. 4- I found something which really annoying and never found it in any hotel / apartment which they charge you 5 Euros for having AC Remote otherwise you can't turn the AC on 5- Internet was not working at all , I didn't bother as I was staying over weekend , but for someone with long stay this is consider a problem. 6-Location is great as it's near transportation to center through bus 9

Value for Money but need few improvements”
The reception is in another building. need to walk few meters from apartment to check in and check out. need to pay Eur 56 upon check in (EUR 50 refundable upon check out). They also charge EUR 5 per day for use of air-cond (need to request the remote from receptionist). only 1 lift was working during my stay there. and the place gets noisy sometimes. Apart from these things,its a good place to stay.

We have request 50 euro or 15000 HUF / apartment cash deposit. . It is also included in the confirmation letter you receive after made the reservation. The 6€ was the city tax what you paid upon arrival, because here it is not including in the price.
The Rudest staff. Be ready to be charged for AIR. ”
We booked 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds. We received 1 bedrooms with queen bed and one with 2 singles. We booked room in the building with playground; there was NONE. We booked room with AC, and they asked to pay extra for AIR. In reality, they have NO AC. Neither of the bedrooms had any AC. Super rude staff. No Hi, No Bye. They do not even hide how irritated they are. Oh, yes, pay early checking in fee too. Even if you are only hour before arrival. Do not recommend

Great value for money! The apartment has everything you'd need for a comfortable stay, it is clean, safe and warm, but it lacks night stands, perhaps a mirror outside the bathroom and a couple of towels - we got only two for a 5-day stay. The mattress is a bit soft for my taste. It's well located, in a pretty calm neighbourhood, near bus/tram stops, a bakery, supermarket and shopping mall. The staff was nice and professional, the room was ready on time, we got the 50e deposit back after checking out at 10am and left the luggage at the reception until 3pm without any extra charge. We'll come again!

“Place is not recommend ” We arrive to the apartment and after checking in there was a electricity problem and the power shutdown for 8 hours! We didn't had hot water for shower, not a single light in the room and no way to preaper food. The reception didn't had solutions and they disagree to refund the booking. Not recommend at all, you don't want to find yourself in this hotel with such problems.

Noise from other rooms with long term tenants”
There was a room right above ours that was a long term tenant with another contractor as they told us, fists we could get help from the guy in the reception, and next day a lady helped us find the manager. They stopped the music and the noise for awhile, but then it was happening again. And then the last night there was no music and party but they were fighting screaming and pushing furniture around
