Segítőkész volt a személyzet, bármilyen kérdéssel kéréssel lehetett hozzájuk fordulni. Nagy előnye a szálláshelynek, hogy könnyen megközelíthető a pályaudvarról és a városközpont is elérhető közelségben van. A tisztasággal sem volt gond. Kérésre akár naponta is friss törölközőt és ágyneműt kaphat, akinek erre van igénye. Talán a konyha felszereltsége lehetne kicsit komplexebb, mert akik ezt a megoldást választják az étkezés megoldására, azok nem biztos, hogy egy teljesen felszerelt konyhával találják szembe magukat.Az viszont nagy előny az önellátók részére, hogy több üzlet is van a közelben, ahol bőséges a választék. Mindent egybevetve és az ár-érték arányt figyelembe véve,megfelelő a szállás.

Family friendly hotel with cooking facilities & great service”
We stayed in a family room from 29-31 Dec and found the hotel ticked the boxes for us in terms of location, facilities & helpful nature of the staff (especially Lucas and Claudia!) Arriving there after dark, we got a cab from the train station (inexpensive) and managed to find a great ramen place within walking distance. There are other restaurants in the vicinity but nothing like hot bowl of ramen on a -1C night! The hotel reception takes official bookings for The Sound of Music tour so not only did we manage to book, but also got a pick-up to where the tour takes off. We paid extra for the continental b’fast but at very reasonable price and enjoyed a great spread of breads, cured meats, fruit etc etc. The tram line is right in front of the hotel, otherwise the Old Town can be walked. There is a communal kitchen, fridge, washing machine and dryer which we didn’t use but would have come in handy if needed. Staff are super friendly so no request is too hard. Highly recommended.

Excellent stay at Meininger Salzburg..!!”
The hotel in Salzburg is very good. Supermarkets, Bus stop, Petrol station, Mc Donalds are nearby at walking distance. The rooms and bathroom were sparkling clean, beds and linen were comfy. Our room was at top floor and view from the room was very good. The hotel staffs were very helpful and co-operative. They gave a lot of information and details about sigh seeing in Salzburg which helped us a lot. You can get Salzburg city pass from the hotel itself. They provide buffet breakfast and option for guest cooking as well where we can cook or heat basic stuffs.

The best hostel with great facilities”
Comfy and clean bed. Great location next to supermarket and bus stop. There is a kitchen for all guests to use. Very convenient and feel like home.

The location of the hotel is very good, got a shopping mall and grocery store that open early beside it. Staffs are very nice and helpful, room is good and clean. A bit noisy because there are groups of teenagers were staying when we were there.

We got a room with nice view. The location is quite good, near to supermarkets, McDonald's and tram station. There is a public kitchen equipped with all necessary so it is quite convenience. The staffs are friendly and helpful too. Overall, it is recommended to stay with them when you are travelling to Salzburg. We enjoyed our 2-nights stay there.

The hotel is a few minutes walk from the bus station. The people working there are very nice and helpful. There is only one small supermarket close by. Clean.

Cozy hotel with a helpful crew”
the hotel is 15 minutes walk from the river ...directly located in front of a bus station. a central kitchen present for guest usage. crew are very helpful to explain directions and routes to famous cities near by and attractions. No fridge in the room since there is a central one in the kitchen. rooms are relatively small but ok for a short stay

Good points. View of local hills. Friendly staff. Kitchen facility (,although left dory by guests on 2nd day)., washer dryer 8€. Modern... Poss recently refurbished. Other travellers struck up conversation if prompted. Bar was quiet. Lounge was quiet. It is a large hotel/hostel.

Definitely recommend this place for single tourists - good price, towels provided! It’s not located in the main tourist area in the city center, but there’s a direct bus nearby so not a problem:)

Surrounded by plenty of restaurants,has a supermarket nearby and McDonald's too! U need a take a bus tram to the city centre and it takes abt 15min. It is a tad far from the city centre,but still alright as the tram runs till late

Good stay but can be further improved ”
Overall the 3N stay was good. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. The location was good and convenient to public transportation. The room was pretty packed for 5 family members with luggage. There were few things that can be further improved. I would suggest the housekeeper to have a checklist to to ensure all the items were fully functional before releasing for guest. Don’t need to wait for the guest to feedback which is reactive. The 3 things that not functioning, 1) Blown ceiling light in the room entrance 2) The exhaust fan in the toilet 3) The phone. They fixed the ceiling light the next day. For the other 2 items I feedback through the Facebook messenger but the admin did not pass the message to the front desk. Also, the shared kitchen was just too small and totally not designed for multiple users especially during the rush hours. The layout can be redesigned to space out the washing basin, kitchen hob, and the fridge. Move the 2 Mac desktops out from the share kitchen. Improve the exhaust hook’s suction power to improve the air circulation.
