Due to strikes in France and Belgium, I tried to change my reservation but was it is not possible !”

Due to strikes in France and Belgium ( 17-19 Dec. ) I tried to change my reservation with or without extra payment. The hotel was not willing to change to another date. For next reservations I will choose another hotel, lost money now due to strikes and unwillingness of the hotel. Too Bad !

Nagyon jó”

Nice and simple hotel with an excellent location - close to many attractions and restaurants nearby! It was also a quiet stay too as the room was facing a quiet street. Lobby was small and when I checked in, there was a bit of a wait. 1 thing: the door was locked at night at 10pm which unfortunately needs to be unlocked by the front desk. A couple of times, the front desk person was going about his rounds and I had to wait outside for him to get back downstairs. Perhaps in future, guests cards should be allowed to scan and enter instead of waiting for the front desk person to come back.

Great location of hotel, hop in hop off bus stop not far, train station just around the corner. restaurants are plentiful from the hotel, easy walking to shopping. Hotel room was a bit small but this is the standard in Paris for the price you pay, clean and tidy and safe location, easy walk to the Louvre. the staff we had on were amazing and very helpful for our stay, Breakfast at the hotel wasn't great not a lot going for it. but overall would stay again love the location

Convenient Location & Comfortable Bedding”

I would recommend this hotel to those who are really concerned to have a night of good sleep as much as me. The mattress of this hotel is of the right degree of hardness and the pillow of appropriate thickness which help me fall into deep sleep every night. Although the hotel room I have is not big, it is really clean and comfortable. What’s more, the hotel is conveniently located as it is only 5 min from the metro station. Nevertheless, it is still quiet since it is on a side street of the main road (Haussmann Boulevard).

Wonderful accomodation, great staff, near cafes and Met. ”

The hotel was what you would expect from Mercure. Clean, modern, well appointed and friendly staff who are happy to communicated in English if needed. It is close to cafes and bars of the Boulevard Haussmann. It is a brisk 20 minute walk to the Louvre, the Seine and other central attractions. The Eiffel Tower and most of the other main attractions are a fair distance but can be walked if you’re into that sort of thing. However there is a Met station about 100mtrs from Accomodation which can take you anywhere you want. The room was quiet. The shower was good and there are a number of convenience stores all within a few hundred metres. Very enjoyable stay.

Hotel Stay”

location was great. However, the room was not cleaned every day. There might be some miscommunication with the staff, but when requested for cleaning, it was not done yet. Reception was friendly and helpful though. But room was really small.

Convenient ”

A short walk to the Louvre museum. The hop off and on bus stop is about 5 - 10 min walk away. If you a fan of HRC, its just around the corner!

The hotel's location is very convenient that there are many restaurants around, but the room is too small that the rate is too high. its not worthy.

Not very helpful staff”

The room was freshly renovated so its quite clean and neat. This hotel should not be rated as 4 stars. One 500 ml of water was provided for a 3 night stay. Staff with broken English provided fault information. They were not very helpful in providing instructions for hotel facilities and fixing broken ones.

Great Paris Stay”

Hotel was clean, inviting, modern and in a safe and convenient location. Staff are polite and helpful. Room was small but expected for Paris, but well equipped with some high end fittings. Elevator was broken during our 2 day stay (has been broken for a week) so you need to use steps for 1 floor to reach alternate elevator. Might be an issue for those with mobility issues. Check with hotel if elevator is fixed before booking.

The front desk staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and is big enough for 2 persons stay. Big screen tv. But the shower space is abit narrow. Satisfying stay.

Wonderful stay”

Everything was good. Except that the lift is really small which only able to fit 5 persons without luggage. However, it was compensated with a really nice upkeep of room. Though it's a small room but everything is just nice.

the location is really good, there are many nice restaurants near the hotel, the hotel located at the convenient place which just need 2 minutes walk to the nearest metro station, and it also quite as well! the only disadvantage is that the international plug and paper slipper were not prepared, otherwise will be perfect with this price!!

The breakfast and the elevator”

The staff in the restaurant are pretty nice to guests with baby. The elevator is too small for 2 adults and one opened pram.
