Service, staff and rooms were over and above expectations. Cleanliness was superb, warm rooms and a great nights sleep. Would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

My room was small but very clean and comfortable. Having breakfast included was good value too. I'd recommend this hotel as a functional and safe place to stay for business but not for socialising or spending leisure time.

The hotel was really nice, on arrival however there was no receptionist but was a machine to check in outside which was good, did not see any staff until leaving at breakfast, he was friendly and helpful. Room was really nice spacious with a lovely view, very clean and included more than we had thought. Only issue with the room was that the TV kept cutting out whilst watching. Location was very nice, ideal for a night out location within walking distance from putney station and putney exchange if shopping was on the to do list. Nice night life. Enjoyed out stay very much!

Perfect location for where I needed to be for work. Clean room. Pretty good breakfast included in the room rate. I requested a quiet room and was given a room away from the busier road side. It was nice and quiet. Bed was a bit on the hard side - ok but not the most comfortable. Friendly and efficient check in/out. Would definitely stay here again next time I'm working in the area.

Industrial feel to the hotel but works”
Great lo cation. Decor makes it feel industrial and functional. Room clean good shower and decent sized room breakfast better than expected. Much much better than Easy hotels . Slightly below Premier inn above Travelodge

Budget hotel, good location”
This is a good location hotel, The room was not as clean as i would expect, lots of dust on side bedside tables and floor not very clean. The room was very cold and after going to reception & calling the number i was told to take a fan heater as the heating was not working. Shower was only warm at low speed and could not handle being fully on, so it was very hard to have normal shower. Breakfast was continental, boiled eggs were the only hot food. I would stay again, but this is more of a hostel in terms of the services.

We booked for the jubilee weekend, the prices for decent hotels were extortionate. Our room here was basic but an OK place to change and rest at night. It wasn't clean, cup marks on the surfaces and dirty splash marks up the walls. The breakfast was nice and a good choice and friendly reception staff.

Twin Beds! Difficult to find in lots of hotels who only offer a double bed and sofa bed.Very happy with this Hotel. Great location ”
Lovely hotel and quiet despite being just around the corner from Putney Bridge where there’s bars and restaurants. Twin beds were perfect for me and my friend. Includes breakfast which is also a big plus. Rooms basic but clean and comfortable. The guy on the receptionist desk was welcoming and efficient. I would definitely recommend staying here and will come back again.
