The highest hotel in Kota Bharu”

I was staying there for 5 days 4 night. I booked 2 quad family room with 2 queen size beds and 1 single bed in each room. My room at level 30 and my brother in law room and his family at level 29. But for any rooms at level 30 guest need to use stairs because lift only reach up to level 29 where the hotel reception counter located. The room are spacious. Watson, 7-11, Billion Supermarket and also many restaurants

Strategic location”

Located next to Billion supermarket and there is a Nasi Kerabu stall and Cakoi stall nearby that you should try! Enjoyed the spectacular view from our room, the tallest building in KB. Very limited toiletries but the room very spacious.

Nice place to stay with bird eye view of kota bharu”

The good things are...super value for money, not many people know this hotel so normally easy to get the room, the tallest building in kota bharu u can see the whole kota bharu town and even the beach in sunny day. May sets of sofa at the foyer n few of simple dining table make a perfect place for family n big group. Also can use swimming pool. Cons - hard to find bcoz this hotel occupied the top two stories of the condo. It located at level 29th n 30th. So pls set GPS or waze or maps to find. U nd to call the receptionist to fetch you up as the reception desk at level 29 n it require door access as the main entrance sharing with condominium residents . But once check in, you will hv access card to the ground or reaccess. No free parking. Two choice of car park. Open car park rm2 per entry or underground Billion carpark. No elevator for level 30 bcoz the concept os penthouse. Nd to use stairs if u book L30 room.

Nice rooms but a bit difficult to find signage”

looking for the hotel was a bit difficult. the signage to the hotel was not visible. good to keep the hotel number so you can call and get help from the receptionist. i was quite surprised with how good the room was. it seems to be quite newly renovated. the bed is nice and cosy. hot water shower was great. you also get a good view from one of the highest point in kota bahru, especially at night.

Hard to access”

1. No in-house guest parking,need to pay extra; 2. Can’t acces to receptionist at Level 29,nobody in security office due to security patrol,need to wait outside the Penthouse. 3. No welcoming from the front dest,not smiling at all. # I’ll never booked again this property

I've booked Quad Room. Thought it was 2 twin & 1 double bed. But i was 2 double bed & 1 twin bed. So worth. We've alse booked Deluxe room. Overall its ok n spacious also. Only for Room with twin bed, u have to share bathroom, means that there will be another Room with twin bed beside ur room, & the toilet is at the middle, u hv to go outside ur room to go to the toilet. While we also loved the art at the wall, so creative. Outside room, there is spacious hall & sofas, dining table suitable for groups n families to gather. Only that at the hall i suggest to put some fan or aircond there. Overall is good!

Is noisy, budget stay ”

I choose it bcs nearby have 7-11, billion mall & near my office. But when we reach that room floor is dusty, bathroom is dirty some more have left over hair, air conditioner is not cool enough even at 18'c. Don't know what noise at outside, make me and my partner awake few time at midnight. Checked in procedure didn't mention clearly when we book thru agoda.
