Good spread of buffet breakfast but asian dishes average flavour. None of my 4 request seemed provided though replied it fast. Not only no early check in but delayed beyond 2pm. Another guest at reception heard and nodded in agreement. Noisy room even at end but facing vehicle entry and exit to mall. Maybe the location providing back covered walked way to mall, causing popularity might lead to its downfall for seemingly poor management of guest check in delays, crowded and smokey waiting lounge.

Wonderful break from reality”

A weekend getaway made fabulous by staying in a hotel with great service. From front office to breakfast service staff, efficiency and perfection are the words. Only minus is the rooms facing the roads are not sound proofed making it VERY noisy the whole day. Request for rooms facing the other side next time. Rooms facing the road is a big No NO.

Located right beside Nagoya hill mall. Breakfast is excellent. Cons: Rooms need to have better maintenance. Wallpaper peeling off. Many stains on bedsheet. ** Grands I Hotel is just 5mins walk from Nagoya Hill Hotel. Rooms and entire hotel is better maintained and you get cleaner sheets.

Strategic location, friendly and helpful staffs”

Less than 30mins car ride from the ferry terminal, staffs were friendly and helpful. Sheltered road connected to Nagoya shopping mall, also surrounded by spas and massage palour, opposite main hotel lobby is convenient store. Breakfast was okay, but food was not hot enough. Room was clean and wifi was strong enough. However, difficult to call grab there as most drivers don't dare to drive in buildings, most of them asked to wait outside main road etc.

Awesome location and hotel. Staff very polite. Food is excellent. Beside Nagoya Shopping Centre. Rooms are reasonably big. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Room has Netflix to watch. Good-sized swimming pool and gym. Great!!!

Location is good and the breakfast is great. If you are travelling with your parents, this hotel is great. The hotel facilities is excellent However compared to I-Hotel nearby, personally feel that I Hotel is much better in the way of hospitality. Just give me the feeling that the hotel is probably doing all it can to make you empty your wallet. Massage service provided is quite poor in my wife opinion. The hotel cab service was expensive (granted that it makes a one way trip with no passenger for pick up). The checkout took more than 5 minutes as they would need to ensure nothing is missing or broken(the guest in other queue has broken a glass and cost her about IDR 18000) All in all I would not recommend nor make any discouragement of other who would want to book them

Located right in front of the Nagoya hill shopping ctr. Check in was smooth n hassle free. U can access the mall by going thru Level 2 but the back door closes at 10pm. You can also get taxi services from Nagoya Hill Mall which has cheaper rates compared to getting the hotel book the taxi for you. If you are travelling wif a 6yr old n above u need to get an extra bed in order to enjoy the free breakfast. Breakfast spread has quite a variety. Room service was fast, called to ask for 2 extra towels n they were sent up to our room within 10 mins. The nxt day we asked to clean our room n when we came back the room was already clean n they even remembered that we need 4 towels instead of the usual 2. Overall it was a great stay and we will come back agn the nxt time we wanna go shopping in Batam.

Very near to nagoya mall and massage salon. Breakfast spread is more to indonesian style. Staff were friendly but hotel price is more to the expensive end as compared to many other hotels in batam. Ideal for family to stay.

Taxi from Batam Centre (70k RP). Just go main taxi counter. Hotel directly across Nagoya Hill Mall. Go L2, it’s easier to go to the mall from the side door. Many massage places nearby. Got cinema and big supermarket. No need to worry need take transport after dark since can just walk back to hotel. Security check at all entrances. Hotel breakfast has good variety. Pool is quite small but decent. Staff are friendly. Definitely found my new favorite hotel to stay at Batam.

The staff are professional and friendly. We came before 2pm and they gave us room right away. Location was good. 5 min walk to Nagoya Hill Shopping mall. The breakfast not great. Came down 9am, some dishes had finished and the staff doesn't bother to check. Saw 2 cockroaches. one in the bathroom. one on the TV wall. Tried treatment at the spa, not great also. I prefer go to mall area, there are so many wellness & massage place with affordable price and good masseur. Overall, for weekend trip it's worth it.

Short Vacay with Family and young kids”

Is very accessible to Nagoya Mall using the link bridge exit from level 2. Nice pool but lifeguard not quite alert. So if you have young kids playing at pool please be more alert and attend to them. Rooms was okay clean but would be great if its carpeted. Toilet is decent but have few strands of unknown hair!! We got the connecting room and we enjoy the space. However do not choose the smoking room level. It can be a bit noisy for having the traffics and cars buzz. Overall a pleasant stay worth for money compare with BCC hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful which I think they deserve 10 point. 10mins car ride from batam ferry center to hotel. And their in-house massage is also good and skilful. However u can get affordable rate message for 2 hours at the mall level 4 for only $25sgd! Hope it helps.

Our first time here. Two consecutive nights we couldn't sleep well due to the noise from the motorcyles. Not sure if they were racing at night or just 'rammed' their motorbikes. Quite frustrating and will not be back!! Other than that this hotel is great. Breakfast is good. Staff friendly. Room very clean and cosy.

Second time staying, not as great as first time”

I returned to stay at this hotel with great memories of my previous stay during last Christmas. Somehow this time my stay was not as pleasant. I also learnt that the noise levels between a room that faces the mall versus facing the main roads have a great difference. I had to bear with the loud traffic noises even late at night. Not forgetting the room door and walls seem to be thin, I could hear all the conversations and shoutings along the corridor. Check-in was quick because I checked in on friday instead of weekend. My checkout was on sunday, which I saw the reception floor was very chaotic. Luckily I had a swift checkout too. Breakfast (Continental and local) was above average if one is not picky. I highly recommend their Kueh Kosui which tasted very soft and fresh. Going to the mall via level 2 is as usual a breeze. Taking a van transport to Harbourbay Ferry Terminal for 2 of us was 70k IDR.

Pros: Convenient to do shopping , Nagoya Mall, where most tourist will visit. Just a shelter away that connected with the hotel. Breakfast was incredibly nice. Cons: Rooms should add on with iron board set. The bath door should have stopper underneath to avoid water flow outside. Overall. Recommended
