Our stay here was very pleasant. The checkin process was smooth, with courteous staff helping every step of the way. The rooms were very nice, spacious and clean. Our room was overlooking the beautiful boulevard and it had all the facilities displayed on the website, vis a vis coffee maker, fridge, water heater, etc. All in all, value for money and highly recommended.

NH Wien Belvedere is an excellent hotel. The rooms are large and spacious. The system to 'order' amenities from towels to phone chargers is very practical and caters to individual needs. You get what you want and it's all free. The hotel also has an incentive system for being environmentally friendly, so for everyday you don't have your room cleaned, you get a free snack or drink! So far, it's one of my favourite hotels in Europe. The concierge staff, Charlie, was really helpful and gave us good directions and tips.

Excellent hotel for a short break in Vienna. Rooms were spotlessly clean , staff very helpful and breakfast was superb. Only negative is there are a few rooms on the main road that suffer from tram / road noise overnight. However as most rooms are on the park view side, just book or request these in advance for a quiet night’s sleep.

I love this hotel so much! My room was very cozy and clean, and they clean it every day (which if i recall correctly you have to inform them at the check-in counter if you’d like to have your room done the next morning). Location of this hotel is great if you want to be within walking distance to innere stadt without paying the city center prices. only 20 min walk to stephanplatz. very quiet area and only 3 min walk to rennweg trainstation where S7 train to airport gets you. it definitely looks a bit outdated and would benefit form a renovation, but the room was very clean and we got a nice view to Belvedere castle which we really enjoyed.

Staff great, serve yourself shop/bar. Room very big, beds very comfortable. A/C acceptable for time of year, would not work in summer. Shower uncomfortable layout and not very powerful. Everywhere very clean, though lacking decoration. Location great, close to trams, metro and trains.

Room is clean and comfortable. Hotel is about 4 mins walk to a train station and about 15 mins tram/train ride to attractions near town centre. Kettle is provided, which is great. Generally a comfortable stay.

Location of hotel was very good, room was spacious, clean. Breakfast was good lot of choice. Prfect place to stay for a short trip. Tram stop just 200m from hotel. Train and Sbahn station just minutes away.

It was an excellent experience for us in Vienna NH hotel. The staff particularly was accommodating and they provided us with everything we needed, may it be changing the room from street front to garden front, warming up our takeaway food at night, giving us umbrella during a rainy day. The breakfast too was really good, not alot of stuff but whatever they had on offer was great, especially the variety of cheese they had.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The room was small and cluttered although the bathroom was big and spacious. The hotel as such wasn’t a problem as much as the location was. It had a station like 500 metres away but there was no sight seeing close by . No shops or good restaurants close by. The place was almost dead after 4.30 pm. The breakfast is good but expect no change. It’s the same every day . And yes , you will get only sparkling water. No still water. If you want that, buy it or have it from the tap.

The hotel is centrally located near metro, 5-7 min walking distance. Walkable to shopping districts and places of interest. Easy access via Uber if you prefer not to walk. Staff is generally helpful. Room is spacious.

Older hotel, but nicely updated. Big rooms. We got 2 rooms for 3 adults, but could have probably done 1 room with a roll away. Very convenient to get on the tram in the front of the hotel.

The room was very big with nice facilities. The breakfast was good and the location of the hotel is very convenient because it is close to the tram and train stop and the hop on hop off bus stop. It was also near the central station.
Great location, walking distance to Ringstraße and all of Belvedere area. Really comfortable bed and clean room + bathroom. Had refreshing fruit water in lobby for guests and strong AC for 95°F weather in July. 10/10
Just the one night before moving on so limited exposure to things, BUT; staff excellent - friendly and helpful; slept like a log, so a good bed; breakfast excellent choice and delicious.
Room is nice and big, location is ok for people who don't mind staying a bit further from the center. Shower was not great. Low water pressure and water temperature wasn't consistent. Toilet paper - worst kind ever. Air conditioner wasn't cooling when needed. A lamp didn't work. I complained about it but it was fixed only a day before my last.

unfriendly staff are the most frustrating part of the stay
After requesting a quiet room with a mini bar and arriving 4 hours before booking in time, we were given a room on the first floor overlooking the main road. The room was large but had nothing to make our stay enjoyable and felt like a hotel room of 40 years ago. On complaining I was told in so many words "take it or leave it" ---which we did the following morning -- to the Hotel Linden next door -- which was a little more expensive but worth the extra and was excellent with great breakfast and a comfortable room.

It was really good and pleasant stay. Rooms were really good and spacious. Public transport was available right in the vincity. Quite a few major attractions in the vicinity. Nh chain is definitely worth it

There was no transport by Mozio (ACS Transfer: ofice@acs-transfer.at) from the airport Wien-Schwechat to the Belvedere Hotel. In the reminder from Mozio (29.12.18) was written my name, the arrival-time 15:00 (correct: 14:55), the pick-up-time December 30, 15:30 with the provider ACS. At 15:30 was nobody there with an a name sign "pProf. Dr. Ulrich". At 15:45 I spoke with a lady (later with the boss from ACS (+4312559125)). They accused me to give an incorrect flightnumber. In deed was in the reminder documented "Fly all ways 34" instead of "EW0752". I cannot believe that a filled in "Fly always 34". Even if the wrong flight number had been entered you would have been able to find me with my name on the exit of the baggageclaim at 15:30. I think, there was nobody at all. That is evidenced by the fact, that no replacement vehicle could be procured. And in your itinery-mail (Confirmation number: MOZ 1189234) from 29.12.18 youhave written: "Don`t worry if the flight is delayed". Serious

Bed was hard , could feel the springs .... mattresses need addressing ! No tea coffee facilities in room however one was supplied when asked.
Nice cosy hotel room though the bathroom was a bit too large and the arrangement of the shower head was not ideal making for a narrow area bathing area in bath tub. Easy access to the Tram and underground.
It's so far for us to walk to the hotel from the public transportation. And there's a little weird about the ceiling of the room. instead of cement, the ceiling is something like plastic plate!!!
Quiet part of town, the city center is easily accessible via tram no. 71 (Rennweg stop); staff were helpful (changed our room as we could hear the tram from the first floor); shower positioning was strange (side wall) but not a big issue (both rooms had the same shower position)
Very old style hotel, room dirty. And had a insect on my room.
Not sure why my sister got a lot of bug bites during the stay. The room seems clean but before the stay her skin has no single bud bite and after we left, she did not got more bites. We can sure it is due to our stay in this hotel.
Nice and big room, great bed!!!! Not far from the opera ( max. 10 min walking). We didn’t have breakfast included but if you go outside the hotel and walk on your right, you will find a great place called Back Werck in a corner of the street, it is cheap and very good!

We had a wonderful stay in Nh Wien Belvedere. The location was perfect for exploring just 3 minutes walk from train station and it’s nearby supermarket/shops. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The reception staffs were professional and friendly. The breakfast was absolutely delicious they have great variety and high-quality food and drinks. Btw the welcome drinks and sweets in the lobby is a plus! Thank you.
