In the heart of Phnom Penh”
This was a change of hotel from the one we originally planned to stay in as the original cancelled because of 'double booking.' This proved to be a blessing as it far exceeded our expectations. Stayed here twice during our tour of Cambodia. Rising like a phoenix from the surrounding buildings it took our breath away from the moment we entered the stunning lobby. Spacious, comfortable rooms; ours overlooked the National Museum, Royal Palace & beyond to the confluence of the Tonle Sap & Mekong rivers. Great views from the roof top pool, bar & restaurant. Extremely friendly & helpful staff. Good food. Our only criticism is that our meals, whilst ordered at the same time, sometimes arrived separately meaning one had to start eating whilst the other waited. It proved to be only a minor inconvenience as when I provided feedback we were upgraded to a suite for the duration of our second stay. Tuk-tuk drivers attached to the hotel were friendly & accommodating, ferrying us to different tourist locations for very reasonable fares. Would definitely recommend the hotel & plan to stay there again when we next visit Cambodia.

Excellent Location with Rooftop Pool”
Stayed here twice at the end of September and mid October. The hotel is excellently located near the center of town and close to all the sights and the riverfront. The rooftop pool is a great respite from the midday heat! They also offer a nice happy hour from 4-6. During my stays, I stayed in two room types: Superior Twin and Double. Both were nicely decorated, but the Superior Twin was actually larger. Bear in mind however, that a twin bed is very small. The rooms had safes, kettle, complimentary bottled water and complimentary tea and coffee. The only downside to this hotel was the breakfast. Don't get me wrong. It was adequate, but nothing special. Overall though, this is a great place to stay in downtown Phnom Penh. One final item to note, however, is that the hotel does offer a free sunset cruise of the Tonle Sap and Mekong rivers, you just have to buy your own drinks and dinner, if you desire but the prices are surprisingly reasonable.

Great Choice”
We couldn't fault this hotel for anything. Location is great. Check-in fast.Room was big, very clean, and very quiet. The WiFi, AC, worked as they should, plenty of TV channels, plenty of hot water. Fridge and tea and coffee in the room was appreciated. The buffet breakfast had great variety, and the pool was a good size with plenty of lounges. Combined with the beautiful,authentic carved wood and Khmer ambiance and the affordable price, you would be crazy to choose any other option. Will definitely return.

A wonderful Hotel”
After a lot of constant travelling I needed a bit of real comfort and this hotel more than delivered. I had a double delux room which was huge. The bed was big and comfortable. If I had to be picky I’d say the bathroom, though big, needed a bit of work, but it was still more than good enough. The entrance is amazing, and a great place to just sit, but the highlight is the pool ... What a place to relax, grab a cocktail and watch the sun go down. i totally recommend this place.

We had a nice stay there. Large room and clean. But they dont prepare the room slipper if we dont asking. But after we asked them they provide us. At first we have to wait 30mins before check in. Actually we arrived at night and so tired. but the room haven't ready yet. So we must wait for 30 mins. Hopefully they can improve this for next.

Very helpful staff and extremely clean. Whoever the interior designer was, they did an amazing job - the lobby evokes a temple atmosphere and the large guestrooms rooms exude the romance and opulence of the French colonial period. I would definitely stay there again.

A really nice Boutique hotel. Up an interesting little lane way, only a few blocks from most places of interest, pagodas, markets and Mekong River, parks and restaurants etc. The breakfast (included) was one of the best I`,ve had. Rooftop pool, bar & restaurant with stunning views. Big, airy rooms. And the staff very pleasant and couldnt be more helpful.

I had comfortable 3 nights stay in this hotel with my friends. Booked for 2 rooms, Level 2 and Level 7. Level 7 room was quadruple room with best view of fireworks along the Mekong river during the water festival nights in november 2019. But for Level 2 room (triplet beds), quite a number of small cockroaches appeared in or out of the room, maybe due to the location of cleaning store room. Exclude that, everything was perfect. fluffy and big size bed, cozy room, spacious washroom, nice choice variation of breakfasts, good and responsive services from the staffs and good location in the centre of every destination!

Entrance felt like entering a temple. Nice atmosphere. Room good and had sitting balcony. AC more than cooled you down after steamy walks. Roof top pool area with good city views. Breakfast buffet good with excellent window views over the city. Walking distance to Museum and Royal Palace.

Wonderful little hotel close to important sights and landmarks, great staff and beautifully appointed! Room was large, fabulous breakfast buffet, incredible carved wood staircases and thick carpets on the way up to buffet. Tuk tuks, ATM spa and convenience store right outside front door. On a quiet side street close to the national museum. Absolutely fabulous!!!

Loved that everything was made out of carved wood in this hotel. Free breakfast on the roof and a nice pool area with bar to relax. Area was very central and just a short ride from wherever you wanted to go in the city

Gorgeous pool and each room has a balcony so you can see out over beautiful Phnom Penh. Hotel tuk tuk drivers had reasonable prices. Breakfast was varied and options changed each day. Room was very comfortable and bathroom had lots of good amenities. Location was very near to Royal Palace and easy to walk along river.

Great location for the palace”
Our room was clean but a bit dated and also dark as there were no windows. The hotel is located within easy walking distance of the Palace and other tourist sites. The rooftop pool was great. We had dinner in the restaurant once which was good. There was a good and varied choice of things for breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful and dealt with a couple of minor issues we had immediately. We used their on site travel agent to book a trip to the Killing Fields and Genocide Museum. Whist harrowing, the trips were well run, with enough time given on each site. We also went on the evening dinner cruise that is run from the hotel every night and that was well worth doing. There are a good choice of bars nearby for people watching. The only downside was that our room had no windows and the balcony was unusable. We would stay there again however.
