Nearby to walk to DC Mall. Convenient walking distance. There is a food court beside the hotel where it is cheap and nice. Warung sederhana Buk N Dut. Great wonderful. Affordable place to stay.

I got room w/o windows. Its small given superior king bed. Hot water is served in a thermal flask. It can last at least 36hrs. Need to bring own hanger. Extra towel requested w/o charge. Few minutes away from Harbour Bay Ferry terminal which cost ard 50k. To Megamall abt 70k. To Nagoya abt 50k. Good stay if u want to shop only at DC mall.

Counter check-in process was fast. Need to pay Rp50,000 deposit. There are one large local DC mall, two big food courts (5.30pm-12.00am daily) and a few good restaurants nearby. Rooms were noisy as you would hear people walking and talking in corridor. Old style mechanical locks were used. A strong smell of smoke always lingered in the air. People were also smoking during breakfast. Wash basin’s self-stop tap did not function properly without time delay so that you have to push the tap all the time inconveniently. No hot water for shower. No paper slippers provided.

It’s convenient to go shopping because quite near diamond shopping mall. Local food can be taken in nearly Food courts. Hotel price is so cheap . But a bit noisy the sound of music from Food courts. If you are not sensitive in sound night time, u can choose this hotel.

Just opposite my room, family with children talking loudly at midnight and to make matter worse their room door is open, I suggest single traveller the room should be away from this kind of guest. If i come back again please put me at the best away from room with family. Other than that thumbs up for all the staff for being friendly and helpful.

Hotel location was very convenient. Room wise is satisfactory. However on the day we checked-in, it rained heavily and the room had seepage, just right above the bed. They couldn't change to other rooms as it was fully booked, as claimed. Staffs were nice. They helped to bring more cloths to wipe away the leaked water. Overall, for a budget hotel, it was acceptable as my daughter was quite comfortable being in the room.

Price was low and rooms were adequate. A bit old but the bed was comfortable. The hotel is far off from mail malls though there was DC mall just beside selling cheap clothing.

I think there is a few thing need to improve 1) hotel room key cannot open. I cannot open my room with key. The bell boy told me I need certain skill like insert the key 90% not 100% then I can open the door 2) the shower water will never get hot. I need to turn on the tap waste about 5 to 10 min water then it still acceptable hot. 3) I had turn the air con to 18 degree but it still very hot. I even let it run the whole afternoon after I come back My room number is 309 . Luckily I did not use the room for overnight stay I use it for my resting only . The management should do something and improve it

Went to batam on a long weekend and most other hotels were fully booked. The staff were friendly enough but the rooms were very basic. The bathroom floor always had stagnant water. The shower is weak.

They dont change the bed cover. We were change the rooms for the 4 times. All the rooms are bad, dirty, and bad smell. The last choice we choose the 3rd rooms and we asked to change the bed cover, and all the towels cover cos we were asking for refund but the reception told us it couldnt. The receptionist whos incharge is not helpful. I asking for tissue he said yes but never come. We request for late check out at 1 pm, he denied. This is the first experience. We know the check out time at 12 pm, we still prepare and we do understand that they dont allow for late check out but the guy whos incharge called us to remind before 12 pm, annoying!!! The hotel is bad and the staff is not helpful. Agoda should take out this hotel from your site cos this hotel is horrible. The service, the rooms, the cleanlines is worst.
