PRICE : this place offer the best value in whole city of KB. similar room in other places cost much more additional of 20% from the price i paid here. STAFF : very polite and helpful towards travellers. ROOM : it's not a fancy hotel to look from outside. it's a triple storey bungalow house on its own land next to the housing area. very safe, very convenient. room is as good as hotel all around.

Its a bit quiet and the hotel have group of young kids hanging out that makes it a bit scary.

A vast improvement from last time”

Friendly hosts who even showed us the way to the nearby warung (street restaurant). Very clear instructions given regarding how to enter and exit the property(there’s a password). The host even offered us a bigger room when he saw our large amount of luggages, though we declined as it was upstairs(thanks for offering to carry the bags, though!). The room itself was quite nice, though more attention need to be given to the bathrooms. Very helpful staff, keep it up!👌🏾Would recommend and would come again😊

My booking on 28/6 at already done and get id no from agoda. But when i go to the hotel they told us that booking not receive from agoda and hotel already fully book. So bad service

The location of this unit very poor, surrounded by a house resident with dog around that always barked at you, the internal and external look old and poor seems not well maintained, the toilet when im first check in still got urine on top of toilet bowls and smelly, dusty everywhere in the unit, i has a terrible check in process as i arrived at 5pm To check in but waiting outside too long almost to 1 hour, the bell ring provided but does not function, the receptionist is there but busy with other thing at the back of the front desk, even knocked the door as hard as i can still haven’t answer till almost 1 hour for the check in. The door is locked from inside and the front desk inside the unit. That why it is hard to get any notifications from guest to check in.

I tried to check in (already made booking in advance, not walk in) but the doors were close. Rang the doorbell, knocked on the door, and called the number given by the property, all to no avail. Ended up checking in at the OYO Rayyan Sofea nearby and that was when the number I called called me back. Unfortunately it was too late as I was already checked in there, with all my luggages and whatnot.

Cuesta encontrarlo (hasta el taxista se perdió), sucio, baño muy cutre, habitación incompleta, el personal no estaba en recepción cuando llegamos, tuvimos que llamar por telefono y estaba equivocado, no nos dejaron llave de la habitación... un desastre

Bilik yang luas. Ada televisyen, aircond yang sejuk dan pemanas air yang berfungsi dengan baik. Tandas 3 bintang. Jika rajin bawalah pencuci tandas sendiri berserta dengan pewangi sekali.
