Location is simply awesome. Cleanliness can be improved on. My room was cleaned and mopped everyday yet, after mopping strands of hairs were left by the mop used. Staff don't top up water bottles and toilet papers. And no hot water for drinking after 8pm.Facilities, Hot water and air conditioner is great. WiFi always interrupted and so does the TV signals. Mosquitoes in the rooms. It's a pleasant budget hotel to stay. I wouldn't mind coming backed yet, I just wished the staffs put in a little more efforts.

Bell man not helpful at all as we reaxh the hotel during raining. No one came to our aid to carry our luggages despite two bellman just watching us.

More like a budget hotel. Easy for shoppers and awesome location for food lovers. Laundry is just around the corner and clinic. Staffs here are really helpful, they will assist in anyway they can. My disappointment is they do not have instant kettle. Do bring yours!! They provide hot water in flasks. And if u are checking in late, do buy food before u checked in. Hotel restaurant closed at 8.30pm (if u are asking for hot water do it before this time, as they may or may not have later) and most shops here closed by 11.30pm. Though I often got blanket with whole or stained, bed is soft and comfortable enough.

The room are quite big, easy to find foods, friendly staff, and the internet are fast. But the room are quite dirty, the toilet are block cannot flush.
