we frequently travel, and wifi is very important to us. this apartment has the best wifi connection where you dont need to keep relogging in and it auto connects the moment you enter the room. there is also cable tv so we can watch soccer. good aircon and good bed. toilet is clean and loved the shower head. you can cook too, there are pots and pans. working fridge. distance shouldnt be a problem for us as batam isnt as big. the service staff went an extra mile to help us order macdonalds online during the wee hours and even send it to our room. we can also use the hotel’s facilities and for us, it feels right at home. amazing place, truly.

One of the best hotel i have stay in batam”
Book to pay at property but all the suden there is a prepayment which a bit troublesome as i need to bank in money as i have alreadi change the rupiah to make payment at property but its ok coz its worth it as the hotel is super duper comfortable plus breakfast is best! The executive room was huge and gg any where from the hotel was nearby as well. Overall short gateway trips with family. And for sure will come back soon.. thumbs up Panbil Residence Apartment Batam.

My gf and i did a 2 night stay in in these apartment, everything was prefect to enjoy short trip to batam. Breakfast was alright and best part about this apartment is the shuttle service to go to shopping mall. Quite near from batam centre ferry. The pool and spa is awesome too, love the fitness centre as it is fairly new. Will come back again for the apartment. The stuffs are awesome and helpful with our request.

2nd time stayed in this apartment & still amaze with the staff hospitality.. the only concern, NOISE of surrounding esp. hall at night time.. not sure whether the door or the wall too thin, but can heard clearly footsteps & people voice when thru the room.. maybe next better request room quite far from the lift..

Room : very new and clean， nice view. we booked the junior suites, 2bedroom c/w kitchen, but don't have any kitchen facilities in side. Location : Not in the busy city of Batam We love the serenity of the place and the view is superb. Breakfast : could have been better. Staff was friendly and helpful, I will recommend it to our friends and I will come back again.

Even the location was a distant from the town, the surrounding view was nice. The staff was attentive on what the guest need even during my check in was crowded but was smooth. The breakfast spread was average but yummy. Will consider staying at Panbil again.

I really just love how the staffs are extremely patient when dealing with me. i asked a lot of questions and clarified with them many times over the same thing to make sure everything will go smoothly. Yet they dealt with me professionally and humbly. No disrespect or rudeness at all. A very big exterior! Junior suite wasn’t as big as i expected but it was still great nonetheless. Love how they attended to my last minute request of rose petals etc
