Perfect getaway ”
Stayed 4D3N. Staffs were wonderful. The resort is perfect for relaxing. You can just take a walk enjoying the beautiful island. You can swim - in the pool fronting the sea or in the sea itself at Emerald Bay. You can join the jungle trekking which is free for all guests. Stayed in Hiilside Villa with great view of the sea. Meals are expensive if you are not booking under any package. However, staffs at restaurants were wonderful . It is really a trip to be remembered. It is a luxury but truly satisfying stay.
Fantastic resort with world class service n staff”
We r group of two families with our small children stayed in plr for 2nights. We r basically a beach lovers. Although the beach is not on par with South China seas but we have never witnessed such a professional staff n service during our stay. It's just so overwhelming. All the staff n service were top class especially those working in restaurants. Our fav was Mr Darwin. That man deserve an award for excellent hotel service. The rooms are top class,food were delicious and facilities such as playroom, basketball,tennis,squash were all simply awesome. Will definitely visit again. Although the price is on the upper side but the stay definitely worth it
Wonderful Private Beach ”
The whole experience of visiting PLR for the first time was really a memorable one for my husband and I. Best of all the Emerald Bay is a must visit when coming here. Exclusively catered for the guests of PLR and it is so nice. Soft sandy sands, clear green seawater, first class amenities with towels and open air bathroom provided! Pretty views of the nature and hornbills watching! Thank you to all staff who assisted and welcomed us warmly. Mr. Segar, Mr. Sharma and Miss Penguin for great hospitality to name a few. Thank you for the wonderful treatment. 💕💕

Best place to relax and chill during sunset at emerald Bay. Beautiful scenario and environment. The place very clean and staff is so friendly. I recommend to everyone.
Beautiful resort with breathtaking view, friendly staff”
Overall had a great experience with the resort. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Hill villa has magnificent view of the beach and sea below ! Great gate away for couples and small family. Being the only resort in this island, the area is huge, so be prepared to walk a bit although there is frequent shuttle service. If you stay at the hill villa, its great exercise to go back and forth from your villa to shuttle service/amenities :) Not so pleasant points are that you can see rubbish drifted up to the Emerald beach (area you allowed to swim and play). Oh and food is expensive. On average, you can expect to spend RM 60 to 80 per person.
