Great hotel, Exceptional Stay, great value for money ”
This was our first stay at this hotel and it didn’t disappoint. We had a warm welcome at reception and was able to leave our bags free of charge until we were able to check in later that day. The hotel foyer was clean and modern. Our room was big with a very comfortable large bed. Our en suite was again a good size with bath and shower facility. Lots of natural light in the room from the big window. We were grateful for the fan in the room for the summer nights. Breakfast was continental but a very good selection of meat, pastries and cereal.. definitely enough to start your day! My only complaint (which is minimal!!) is that the small bar, which had a fantastic selection of wine, gin and whiskey, did not remain open past 11pm. We would have thought this would have been open later for residents. We enjoy getting out of the city and coming back to the hotel for a night cap or going to a hotel bar prior to going for dinner but sadly we did not see the bar open for the duration of our stay. As I said this is a minimal complaint overall as our stay was fantastic and I have already booked to return with my mother later this year. Would highly recommend!

This hotel is amazing! The rooms are great with a lot more space than we thought it would have. Doesn’t feel cramped at all and super clean. The inside of the hotel is adorable and really nice. The staff and so friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. Really close to the tube with every kind of store you would need very close by (grocery store, pharmacy, great coffee shops, and restraunts) We love everything about this hotel and would stay here again in an heartbeat as well as highly recommend it to anyone! We don’t understand why anyone would give it less than 5 stars!

Room : it’s clean and quiet, cleaner come clean the room everyday. But no aircon…..it’s can be hot in summer…..only one small fan. Location : very good and very close to the underground station….two different station near by and above than 5min walk….easy to travel to soho or other part of London…and feel safe walk back hotel at 10pm from the undergoing station every night. Store : few super market in that area so easy to shop for drink or snack and many also asian restaurants in that area. I will go back to stay again.

My stay at this hotel was really good! The location was superb. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

I traveled alone for a few days to London, and I couldn't have been happier with the hotel's location. Currently, hotels in London are very expensive for what they offer. Therefore, I found the Phoenix to be a hotel with a fair price. The facility is old, and the bed wasn't the most comfortable, but for the price, it's okay. I stayed in a single room and thought it might be too small, but I found the size charming. The insulation isn't very good, but it wasn't a problem because the people in the surrounding rooms were also quite quiet. The breakfast is varied and enjoyable. Unfortunately, the traditional English breakfast was offered at an additional cost, so I opted for the continental breakfast.
