Cheap and good location”
Even though rooms are old, they are cheap and the hotel location is convenient for everything.

Room was nice and spacy. Well worth the money
Everything but the kitchen sink”
I'm an older woman 50ish and travel alone which means I prefer a quiet setting without crowds unless I'm intentionally putting myself in that environment such as a football game, concert ect.. back to that in a min,..I love this quality inn because in such a busy area known for tourists you wouldn't notice as it's very quiet and no traffic in and out until you go to breakfast in the morning. It is conjested and very loud and difficult to find seating hence why I made my plate to take back to the room and enjoy in my own solitude, well the kitchen lady came at me like I was robbing a bank but I couldn't Understand what she was saying because she only spoke Spanish period so I was trying to gesture to her and I was taking to my room and she kept shaking her head saying something in Spanish. I couldn't understand finally. She takes me to a small piece of paper on the wall in this big room cannot be taken. Who reads that. take a pull and find out who actually reads that little piece of paper taped to the wall. Well, after that day, every time I came to breakfast, she stared me down it.Made be feel uncomfortable to even go in There and eat and about the fourth day I asked her because she was out of the eggs and sausage if she was gonna put more eggs and sausage in then she came at me hostily and asked me what was my room number as if I didn't stay there. I mean, it's not the ritz Carlton.But people pay a pretty good penny to stay there Especially during tourist seasons like bike week, Spring break cand confrences . It makes the cost of the room go up extremely high. The last thing you want is the kitchen. Help asking very hostily and bully like implying as if you weren't a guest " what room you in:. I mean, it's not like I walked from the embassy next door over there to have my breakfast.. I was shocked since all of the staff there is friendly and super helpful. I will say this is the only quality and I've ever been to that. You cannot take your breakfast to your room. And they need to make exceptions for old people who can't be around that crowd. It's too much and it's too noisy when people like to enjoy their breakfast in peace and quiet. I can understand if you're taking a bunch of food back Fitting a large family But there has the exception somebody might not be feeling well.Somebody might be disabled and somebody like me might have anxiety and doesn't want to be around a crowd like that it's too much

I ended up extending my stay a couple more days. And Enjoy The area a little longer. HOTEL IS always quite and safe and The Staff is always. Accommodating and willing to help . Unfortunately today I felt very uncomfortable.. Well, in my room yesterday. There Was a They're loud and hard Pounding On my door. That's completely startled me, I had no idea who it could have been. And nervously went to the door to answer it. As soon as I opened the door this man was standing out there.Very high energy.Telling me that he was there because my bathtub was clogged and not.Draini'm at the front office.I've been calling my phone several times and I wouldn't answer. It's kind of hard to answer a phone when you're not in your room.Because you're a Doctor's appointment. And only pretend to go headed to our new room. I explained that I have no idea what's going on that. There's nothing wrong with my room. Not only was he very high strong but he wasn't really making sense.. I thought usually when maintenance had to come to your room.They would knock lightly and announce themselves as maintenance outside the door so you would know who was out your door Even though you were expecting which I was not. I shortly after call down to the front desk. To inquire about the situation. And let them know that then he came very disruptive to my room.Unnecessarily banging on my door and didn't mean to dress himself as Maintenance while he was pounding on my door. The whole situation when you get that at my door made me uncomfortable, In china scared. I didn't remember turning my stays here. I've met the man's Van several times personally like at the laundromat upstairs when one of the washers wasn't working with my clothes in it. When you had to come to my other room because something was wrong with the key thing outside my door. And that guy that was just pounding on My door is not him and I've never Seen that man Before. Not too long after that I opened my door and I saw the same man outside my door with a bucket. I'm not sitting in the manners of ground keeper and not maintenance.What's then ready to ask a question to why he was at my door pounding on it

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at quality inn. With new ownership comes changes and not for the good. I recently did a good review on my last stay with the exception of my dining experience at breakfast and it seems she was not happy to see me again. Later that day pounding on my door from A maintenance man that I've never seen before.Although I don't usually call because trying not to have anything break but anyways saying that I called in because my That tub was not dragging. It was clogged and he was very aggressive, looking and almost walked right in on me and I opened up the door I said nothing wrong here and then said well the officer's been calling you all day and you're not answering well. It's kind of hard to answer the phone when you're not in your room. Anyways I Called the front office to say He aggressively knocked and kind of scared me and didn't address himself. For the remainder of my stay, you seem to be outside my room a lot. Cuttering around and anytime he saw me. He gave me a very nasty look. So I'm pretty sure that the morning that breakfast lady saw me and stormed out of the breakfast room for about 15-20 minutes went through the front office and somewhere I don't know. She must have told her friends or her boyfriend or whoever. That is because I've always been treated Great there, the staff. There is wonderful. All the other workers there are wonderful and never had a problem but this guy seemed to have a vendetta towards me. I will say this that the breakfast air has been not to part.They are out of everything.They're apparently not serving their powdered eggs and sausage. They seem to be out of the yogurt and fruit, milk muffins ect.. pretty much the only thing you can count on there is juice and waffles. the front desk Staff are wonderful. Even the house keeping are wonderful. One more thing, don't plan on doing laundry there if you're staying longer than a couple days.Because they only have one washer and 1 dryer.And they are ancient and the washer doesn't drain and you'll come to your find.Your clothes still soaking in water and have to hand ring them out
