My fiance and I spent a week at the Red Roof Inn. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was close to shopping malls, restaurants, and interstate. It was peaceful with no rif-raff. The rooms were over all clean as well. We would most definitely stay again!

PROS: Staff was friendly and accommodating. No bed bugs or roaches spotted. TV had reception and several channels to choose from. CONS: Main door handles could be fixed. You life the handle up to open the door. If you use the deadbolt at night, it doesn't close automatically upon leaving your room, so you can't close the door. I had to call for help and was told 'all I had to do' was life the door handle up *from the inside* and then the deadbolt retracts. Carpets weren't vacuumed in who knows how long. Bathroom corners and walls dirty. Bedsheets seemed clean. Top sheet (acting as comforter) dirty. Mattress okay. Room phone dirty, needs new line to the headset (kept unplugging). Fridge and microwave very dirty, discouraged from using. Window curtains had several holes, but that seems to be typical of most hotels. For what the nightly rates were during my stay, the value was very poor. I would probably only stay here again if I was completely out of options. Wouldn't recommend it for that reason as well.

It is a totally value-propositioned inn. Rooms were not as clean as I hope it to be. The smoke smell was still quite strong that my clothes became soaked in the stench when we checked out. We did not know that area well and the pictures were not a good reflection of my experience.

Princess at the front desk was the best! There was an issue with my reservation as I made it for the wrong day and she and the agora rep got it all worked out for me.
