Excellent”

This is excellent.. spacious.. huge fridge and good washing machine.. dryer slightly slow... Good amenities.... just slightly small shower space... Huge luggage and wardrobe area.. Breakfast though a bit limited but very good.... Close to subway exit 2.. next to Burger King.. (facing the park). There's a bus going/from Incheon airport.. no 3300, near to subway area.. receptionist has the time and map. Excellent to me

A proper apt good for a long term stay”

Not really a hotel but more of a collection of apartments, it would be really good if you are doing a long term stay and don't need the little parts that make up a hotel. Breakfast is OK, floor heating is very nice, kitchen and bathroom is clean and internet is very fast. Also not difficult to get to from the airport and the Airport But 3300 stops about a 5 min walk from the hotel

Good location, friendly staff, clean room!”

This hotel offers apartment/studio room in an office/condo building. Basically, you will feel like you live in a studio. The location is great with many restaurants and shops nearby! Don't forget to check out La Festa across the street! Highly recommended!

very good location with many eatery and shopping areas. but the breakfast is not good. actually do not need to provide breakfast as there is restaurant nearby. bathroom is small and no toilet seat warmer.. due to location.. will stay here if come next time.

Comfortable and Convenient”

Took a taxi from Incheon to this hotel. Almost 50,000 won! When checking in, the reception area is just one of the small shop area in the block. As you go up to the room, you'd think you are in an office building. Once you get into the room, the worrying stops, the room I had was clean, very pleasant and quiet. Good for business trip or a family trip. Service apartment type with kitchen sink and stove. Bathroom was abit small, not for a huge person or an obese person. It was 0 deg c over night but the room is warm, I think its got underfloor warming. Bed is nice and firm which I like. Bedsheet and towels are clean. The receptionist speaks good english and very helpful. They will go out with you to instruct taxi driver of your destination.Lots of shopping and eating areas around the hotel. Lots of coffee drinking places, starbucks coffeebean and koreans brands. MacDonalds and burger King around the corner. At the lobby there is a phone you can make IDD calls for free. Taxi to Kintex about 4000 won. By train, 3 stations to Kintex.I'd stay here again.

The room is big!! there's even a laundry room! I had a very comfortable stay as the room are big and it have everything you need. Washing machines, kitchenette, internet! They serve good breakfast as well~ There's a convenience store, restaurants right next at the lobby which is very convenient. There's also shopping area nearby and alot of cafes. The subway station is around 10min by walking. To sum up my stay at LEX tourist hotel, it's a good comfortable stay!! Oh, and the staffs are very friendly! When we encounter problem, we just called them and they attend to it immediately!

airasia to incheaon international airport pay at airport bus terminal korea won 9000 to take the 3300 bus to bus-stop near jeongbalsan METRO. better tell the bus driver to remind you to exit bus when reach this bus-stop.. residence & u is in the building behind the lotte shopping mall/mart. there is a small office lot in this building that is the residence & u management office. this place is nearby to la festa shopping area. plenty mall and food and coffee houses available. if need go kintex. take the metro at the jeongbalsan station.. this metro can access through lotte underground level or through the roadside entrances. the room has kitchen stove washing machine wash basin. internet is wifi and lan rj45. bathroom has soap and shampoo mounted on a wall dispenser. along with bar soaps. the room i booked has a spare empty room.. maybe to hang your wet washed clothes or something.. there is a clothes hanger there.. and some extra sockets for electric in the wall there.. bed is comfortable. 2 cushioned chairs next to a coffee table. dressing table/notebook table with the rj45 lan wire there. clothes cabinet and lots of drawers and wall side cabinets.. breakfast is inclusive. their cafe has nice choices of simple western breakfast. bread with butter/jam corn flakes milk juice yogurt banana have eggs and other cooked items.. all around a wonderful stay at residence & u

nice clean and comfortable room to come back to after a long winter day. lots of restaurants and shops around and convenient to go to exhibition hall.

A bit disappointing”

We were disappointed that although the sheets were clean they had small holes in them and that the wall next to the bed was grubby. Every other thing was OK, but it was one of the dearest hotels we stayed in during our four weeks in Korea and not quite what we expected. The room situation may have occurred as reception didn't have our booking and it may have been the only room left.

Overall was a good stay... helpful front desk staff, willing to give information... easy to get taxi... breakfast just okay,can be improve... room was simple, clean...can be improve... I will consider to stay here again if got event near KINTEX Price for room can be reduce...

Decent rooms - This is an Office-tel, not a hotel”

nice rroms but realize this is an officetel, not a standard hotel. houskeeping service was as goo as any hotel however. breakfast buffet was convenient but pretty limited in selection. agoda listing says there is a fitness center, but there is none.

Close to bus and subway transportation. Located a short walk to La Festa for shopping and food. Also near the Lake Park if you like a nice walk through the park. Comfy bed. I would stay again.
