Friendly staffs”

The hotel is not easy to find even though I engaged a taxi driver to fetch me from the airport. The hotel has very nice pools for family gathering when I was there for few days. Like the big bath tub and the friendly staffs.

well, the pool wouldnt get hot enough to my liking but I did not mind at all because i could always dip into hot tub in bathroom. I enjoyed the staying very much and was able to unwind and relax as I hoped to.

Booked with my family,3kids (8,4 and 1) We've been here for the nth times,obviously we love the place. This is our family's first love hotel in Calamba. We just love everything. It is safe and cozy place not too crowded nor noisy. We love our room with indoor pool. The public pool of course since it's hotspring. Service is superb.We also love the restaurant which they place mini play pen, where kids can play while we r eating. Hope they can improve on that though, it is a great plus if they can put more toys there. Just a little bit disappointed with their food since we almost order the same dishes so we memorized the taste of it. We love the old cook,bring him/her back..Lol. seriously, taste of food isnt that tasty as before that's why we realized that its pricey Which nver bother us before. So, price should be parallel to the Taste. for now i only give 4. :)

Relaxing”

We had a good stay here and very relaxing. My husband and I enjoyed our stay, love swimming at the hot spring and they have a nice bath tub. We went here to celebrate our 2nd yr wedding anniversary. If you want a relaxing and quiet place, this resort is perfect for you. They also have hospitable staffs and delicious foods.

What a pleasant surprise the Rockpoint was. Very clean, well maintained. The staff was very sweet and attentive. The pools were clean and hot, hot. We really enjoyed our stay. Off the road and quiet too. I will come back.

Good to Excellent”

Staff are great! It's a peaceful place. I expected more from the five star photos on their site but it was a great escape from the urban life. We love peace and that's just what it gave us. We love it.

Staff make you part of their family, ”

In a few short days we were welcomed like we were part of the staff's family. On 2 of the days staff members actually acted as our guides. All staff couldn't do enough for us. We can't wait to return in the future to this place

Hot springs”

We looked for hotels owns their own pools for hot springs. Their pool is large and nice temperature hot spring which was very nice. There was also big bath tub in a room you can fill with hot spring water. However, water did not come out much from the tap, it was difficult to fill the bath tub. Staff service was great, very accommodating. I forgot his name but one of the staff was very attentive, we were very impressed by. I had an impression of ordinary local hotel. Good for Filippino people who live in Metro Manila who come here on weekend with their car. (We came here by bus and had to walk from the main street, which was about 10 mins) Not really suitable for travelers coming from overseas. No interest, attraction or sightseeing nearby really. (There's sharp rock we could see though) If you want to enjoy hot springs with a large pool, this hotel offers good one.

Nice hotel for a quick weekend getaway.”

The place is really nice. My Family and I had a great time because during the afternoon it was like the place was all ours. The food was great! Location is just near Manila and easy to find. The only problem I had was the TV doesn't have a remote control. But overall it was nice I will surely go back soon.

Very nice hotel with great smile from the staffs”

Thanks Miss Lala for the hard work you put in in making my husband's bday a great surprised... We like the service with a smile by everyone at Rockpoint hotel. The room was a good size with a big jacuzzi inside the bathroom. The bed has very relaxing feel in it..It feels like home... the restaurant has good food with reasonable prices. Breakfast was good. The problem was the noises that can be heard so much in the room from the outside, like footsteps, people talking, coughing and the karaoke singing at the neighbor of the hotel, perhaps the rockpoint should think about some kind of noise blockers in the rooms, cause it's a pity the hotel is a very nice place with hospitable people... And need to do something too with the hot shower, when I was using the shower the last day, it was getting cold while I was on the shower so hopefully they can do something about that. It's important to have hot shower....

Great hotel, Respectful & friendly staff”

We stayed there for 2 nights celebrating our 1st year wedding anniversary. The hotel is quiet, allowing us to swim and dance in the pool under the rain at night with some soft music in the background without anyone noticing us. The privacy is awesome, even in the public pool. Downfall is that the hotel will try to charge you for anything and they have a lot of rules/policies. It ddin't effect us though so all is good. I still didn't agree with it. The food is good but be prepared to recieve a small value of food which won't be enough to fill you up.

lovely hotel, very nice bed and jacuzi”

something weird in room 120, i heard someone flashing on our CR and someone switching turned off my mini music speaker, & knocking our door while we are in jacuzi. but its ok, coz if theirs someone in that room we do in peace. :) The food & services are very good and fast

great hotel with a relaxing pool and tub”

we got there 3 hrs before check in but we negotiated to get in early if we would check out 3 hrs before check out a strange system but it worked we had a bad fan in room they changed it in 10 min upon request ask for extra towels no problem all needs were met with no problem the pools were very nice we were the only people there that used the pool so it was perfect great temperature of the pool the only problem you are isolated car taxis so u need car or can call someone with car we had to get trick then jeepney to town when leaving we called friend the hotel needs to get car to help travelers

Failrly Basic, Pools a bit disappointing”

Reasonable quality but not great. The two swimming pools were not that hot, which for a Hotspring resort was very disappointing. They switched off the hot water spring on the day is rained, making the pools too cold to use. Karoke singing continues unabated 24 hours a day in the surrounding resorts, so do not stay if noise is an issue. Wifi did not work in the rooms, you needed to go out into the corridor, which is annoying.

peaceful and quite resort hotel”

location is good, room is ok. very relaxing, good service. food is excellent! however, we were totally disappointed with other features such as the kiddie playplace..its out of order and totally dark and my kids were sad. same as the karaoke lounge, no one is inside, the equipments were off and no lights at all..

Bad stay”

Where do I even begin? In the room we stayed in, the tv needs to be updated to a flat screen. There were bugs and roaches in the room. There were too much dust on the tables and cabinets and I can't believe they didn't see it. Most importantly, there was a very little water pressure up to the point of no water at all in the shower. I needed to complain it in a daily basis during our stay. This is a spring resort as what it is advertised but the water is cold. As for the food, I suggest to have more varieties to choose from. Not everybody eats rice. Provide other options like potatoes or toasted bread instead of rice. The front desk were very kind and helpful. But I won't be staying here again and can't recommend this hotel.
