Чудесен и удобен хотел за вашия престой във Виена! Стаите са просторни и чисти, добре обзаведени, леглата са много удобни. Персоналът е любезен, във фоайето на хотела има кафе и чай на разположение по всяко време. Единственото неудобство е, че най-близката станция на метрото в момента е ремонт, а аз избрах хотела точно заради наличието на тази станция. Редно беше персоналът да предупреди. Иначе самият хотел е супер!

I'm usually very picky when it comes to chosing a hotel. This one was a great choice! The Location is great, there's a bus station that's on the hotel street, and an underground station few minutes walk distance. The receptionists are very helpfull, espcially Shahla (I hope I spelled it right). The rooms are clean and specious. Will definitly come back to this place on my next visit.

Great location, close to city center. You have an underground train station in about a few minutes walking (4 minutes i’d say), which will make everything easy for you.

The room was clean, the staff is kind and the breakfast delicious. One small thing I didn’t like, During the shower the whole bathroom get full of water and you have to remover the water manually. I would use a curtain to prevent water going everywhere in the bathroom.

Solid hotel experience away from the crowds of center city. Rooms are on the smaller side which is common for European city hotels. Pillows and blankets were of excellent quality. Towels a little "thin", but perfectly adequate. In a primarily residential area with restaurants and pubs frequented by mostly locals assured an authentic Vienna experience without the touristy upcharges. Center city is about a 15 - 20 minute walk. Only drawback was the public parking garage which is about an 8 minute walk away from the hotel and a little confusing to get to as many of the streets in that area are one way. Overall we would definitely stay at this hotel again on our next trip to Vienna.

Big mess in town”
Booked to one night here and another on other sites (ny mistake). I sent a mail to the hotel right after I booked the second night. A front desk agent confirmed both booking very quickly and I was promised to combine both booking, so I would have been spent the weekend (Friday and Saturday nights) in the same room. Upon checking in the hotel, it turned out that noone took a care to check the agent's note, so we had to spend two nights in two different rooms. Both rooms were having obvious sign of some drunk people. First room had a big stain on the carpet just in front of the bed (and the front door). In the other room the bathroom's door was "decorated". So the cleaning process in this hotel should be developed. A lot. In the past my wife and I spent many nights in that hotel, perhaps at that time the management was different (hotel was renamed not far back in time). Hotel is in excellent location. This is not due to hotel management.

We serve continental breakfast which includes different types of bread, cake, cold cuts, spreads, hot items like eggs, sausages, vegetables, fruit, cereal yoghurts, a variety of coffe specialites, juices etc. We understand that the area by the buffet is limited for breakfast due to the Corona distance regulations, but we have the entire lobby and our court yard available with seating for a relaxing breakfast. Vienna is an expensive city. This hotel was more affordable but a little bit below the expectation. The location is not in the city center but the metro is not that far. The room is not exceptional but it is quite big. I missed a proper window blackout. Cleaning should be improved. The room towels had a lot of hair.
