Another memorable hotel stay like home😀”
No doubt it was a one day stay in this hotel, I was truly impressed by Miss Gita's warm and friendly welcome. As usual, a professional explanation of check-in procedures was given to me by her. A gentle reminder of taking care of my personal items was (too) given by her. I was honestly grateful to her care and concern. All staffs are polite, friendly and courteous. I am not a stranger but a family member in this hotel. The room, 703, was clean and neat with no complains. Wonderful! I urge all others come to stay in Hotel Sahid Mutiara when you are in Karawaci. Hotel Sahid Mutiara's door is always open to us with friendly and caring welcome. Thank you.

One of our best stay. The service was excellent from the staff as they have nicely accommodated to my request for rooming arrangements. Only complaints was one of the deluxe room (we got as a free upgrade) had the toilet seat cover detached. Other than that all are good

I usually stay here for a day and leave for work. The beds are nice and fluffy, they give you FOUR pillows, which is a plus for a three star hotel. However, double bed consisted of two single beds put together under one bed sheet and tends to get separated.

pros staffnya ramah, parkir gratis, cek in cepat, breakfast enak banget, kamar nyaman, ketolong banget ada kamar smoking dan non smokingnya. pool nya not bad lah. cons banyak noda di dinding kamar, kasur double nya kayak kasur twin digabung tapi masih enak. but so far so good and i'll recommend this hotel. ps: banyak cabe cabean disekitar apartemen, dilingkungan luar dan sekitar.

it is a nice hotel, good value for money. they gave us 2 rooms with a connecting door. the AC in one room was not cool enough, hopefully it is fixed by now. there was also a problem with the lock in one of the room. the staffs were very nice, quick to respond, and helpful.

If you are looking for a budget hotel at a good location near supermall karawaci, this is the hotel I would recommend. The food is good, the location is good as well. The only thing that we were not happy is the bathroom. The shower curtain was dirty and too small.

Good hotel that actually surprises you with it extremely friendly and helpful staff....it seems as if they were stepping over each other to be accommodating. If I have to be in the same vicinity again, I would certainly choose this hotel!
