Week stay”
Everything was perfect, had microwave, kettle, mini fridge and freezer . The internet connection was glitchy and tv channel connection abit but had the good channels including movie channels. They included even shower gel and shampoo as well as soap and good cleaning services too. What’s also amazing with good value is the swimming pool, sauna and gym! They include downstairs good quality twinning tea and coffee too for the day. It’s clean, new, tidy and sophisticated. You do pay for car parking but it’s secure and safe at the hotel. Of course including iron which you can hang in Cupboard and ironing board. Loved the coffee table easier to eat in room at times which you can lift up half like a table. Decided to stay longer and was allowed to have the same room and one floor is pet friendly too which you pay extra as well as for car parking. Staff are professional and friendly where you also have a restaurant inside as well as room service. Very helpful too. Would stay again and highly recommend.
Fantastic hotel perfect for a pre flight stop over”
This is now the second time we've stayed here before out flight from Gatwick, we had a fantastic breakfast, the rooms are always so spacious and good value. Pool was clean and also has a nice steam room. We will probably make this our usual stop off when needed pre flight.

Hotel was ok. But for a four star hotel it had a few issues. Shower mat had mould on the bottom so this needs sorting other than that it was clean. The room I was in had around 5 roof tiles that was gloss while the rest of the roof was different. For a four star this should at least match. The first night there was a power cut but these things can happen. The main issue was the lights it was like some thing from a horror film. The lights when switched they would turn them self off and then back on again at random periods it worse was when air con was on so could be an over heating issue. Inconvenient when you’re on the toilet or in shower as no light gets in there. The windows are not opening windows so no outside air also. This was a top floor room. The food on the bright side was brilliant couldn’t fault it.

I regularly stay at this hotel. The rooms are large for an airport hotel and very comfortable. The hotel facilities are good with a nice swimming pool. Staff are friendly.
