The location is very good just walk 2 minutes to the beach. The room is clean and swimming is good. The staff is very welcome and good organize. Every one is very satisfied. Recommended to stay for next travel.

Just what you need”

We stayed for one night just after Koh Rong before we headed to siem reap. Really nice hotel staff and clean rooms. They also let us check out late to accommodate our flight really nice people! There isn't much outside of the hotel and the pool was warm, would be nice to cool off somewhere. Nice place though!

Great Resort in a Devestated Area”

Sea Breeze Hotel sits in a small oasis of calm, amid the utter devastation of what was once Cambodia's premier seaside destination, Sihanoukville. The staff at the resort are lovely and will go out of their way to be helpful. The free ala carte breakfast offers many choices, and is quite good. The pool is very refreshing and clean, and is a great way to end a hot day of touring. Otres beach is just a short 2 minute walk away. However, be aware that Sihanoukville, once a calm and beautiful holiday beach location, is now a Mordor-like hell of Chinese over-development. They have swept in with their billions of development dollars, and torn the land to shreds. Massive, ugly construction projects are everywhere you look, and the are is filled with dirt and dust. It is as if the locals have given up, as garbage is strewn everywhere. Avoid Sihanoukville's Serendipity Beach area at all costs, as smelly open sewer water lies in large puddles on the beach.

Oasis amoinst the Concrete. 2 minutes walk to the beach”

My girlfriend & I had 3 great nights. Although it appears that the whole city is under construction, this little area was perfect for our planned relaxing few days by the beach. The resort itself is very clean with a beautiful pool area very close to the restaurant so easy to get drinks & food while relaxing by the pool. The food is also very good & reasonably priced, although found the Australian Rib-eye steak disappointing, but we tried quite a few items from the menu & they were delicious. Breakfast was again great with various options. I went for the 'Full English' & the only comment would be that it came with USA type hotdog sausage rather than an English type (which I've had in Siem Reap , so know it's available in Cambodia). My girlfriend is from Indonesia and opted for Rice and Noodle breakfasts which again she said were great! Rooms are bungalow type buildings & were very clean with AC, decent TV and minibar and ensuite with electric shower. Staff great and very helpful.

- location is awful. there no road in front of hotel, only a mud, dirty road and impossible walk over it anywhere if there is rain. - i ordered food at restaurant, they gave me change as mixed local currency and dollar which is usual in cambodia. but they gave me less than you should. i noticed it later, they gave me less riel because they thought i didnt know exchance rate. what a pity that i checked it at room, notin front of them - receptionist told me a small tuktuk from hotel to serendipity beach is 10 dollars. waiter at restauramt quoted me 6 usd for same trip. i downloaded passapp which is cambodian uber app, and tuktuk was 3 usd. - safebox didnt work. - sea is extremly dirty. -around hotel is also dirty but all sihaoukville is totally is dump -nothing around.no restaurant, no market. only small and over over priced minimarts. i dont recommend anyone to go sihaoukville but if you want to go , dont stay there. stick on serendipity beach.

Great hotel next to beach.”

Hotel is great but totally spoil at everything outside the hotel. Over developing by Chinese with out of control. It’s a different world when entering hotel. No problem recommending.

Lovely and comfortable resort”

Lovely resort! The tiny bungalows look so cozy and lovely. Room was very clean; the bed sheets had this comfort sun dried linen smell, towels were arranged as a nice deco to bed, complete room amenities and I like that the resort even provide umbrella and outdoor slippers for guest convenience :D The complimentary breakfast were awesome with so much food, and the dinner BBQ was so great! Location was just right across the beach; although Otres Beach was generally quiet compared to others. We had our very pleasant stay here!

Clean, great breakfast ”

This hotel was a treat. Professionally managed by a foreigner and very clean. Breakfast was good and so much food! A few grumpy table waiters but otherwise perfect for our family. PS: pool needs to be treated

Great little resort across the road from Otres 1 beach.”

Family friendly resort near the beach. We have 4 kids and they enjoyed the pool - ideal for toddlers and older children. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Breakfast is good value. We would go there again. The only issue is that the general area is undergoing a 'Chinese invasion' and things in S'ville are changing at a staggering rate. It is hard to say what will happen to Otres 1, but I would not be optimistic!

I’ve lived in Phnom Penh for 4 years and frequently travel to Sihanoukville with my wife and family. We’ve stayed at many hotels and after finding sea breeze - we never go anywhere else. Staff is friendly, pool is clean, rooms are clean with A/C, and you’re minutes away from the beach.

If you just wanna chill in the hotel, this is the place for you”

Nothing much outside this hotel - Dirty beach, dirty dusty road, annoying tuk tuk drivers, smelly street, annoying street vendors, kids beggers.. Within the hotel - Nice swimming pool, friendly staff, clean environment, quiet ambiance, nice foods, fast wifi... This hotel is for suit best for getaway. It has no private beach, you need to go out to someone else restaurant to enjoy the Otress I beach. If you want to have more quiet time, Otress II is the one. This is at Otress I.

Pleasant stay”

Such a great hotel for my family trip to the beach for two nights. The beach just 500m from the hotel and walk only 5mn. The breakfast is also great. If I go to Sihanouk Ville next time, I will choose this hotel again

A good resort”

We are a group of 7 with booking of 3 rooms in Sea Breeze Resort, Sihanoukville for 2 nights. Upon checking in, one room had funny smell but was quickly changed to another without much fuss. The resort / room itself is clean and comfortable, but the road leading to the hotel were muddy and bumpy. Beach is only across the road, 100-200m away, one can sight beautiful sunset there. Resort staffs are friendly, helpful and speak sufficient English. The resort manager - Natalia was kind enough to arrange her staff to pick up my personal stuff from sihanoukville bus station. Breakfast was included, with both local and western menu to choose from. Only thing we found annoying was the low speed wifi in our room. But it works well in the reception or breakfast area.

Great Family Vaca Spot”

The hotel is at Otres II which would not be my first choice if it was the dry season.....that would be someplace at Otres III (cleaner beach and more laid back). However, if you are a family with small children (pre-teen), then the Sea Breeze is GREAT. It has a good size pool, with a kiddie pool to boot! Plus, if you like to play in the ocean, then access is 20 m. across the road. The facilities at Sea Breeze were fine for us and everything worked fine.......no complaints. In fact, although I felt kind of silly telling her, I mentioned to one of the owner's (?) that I live in Cambodia and have traveled all over the country and the Sea Breeze has the best selection of TV channels AND the best TV reception I have experienced in Cambodia. It's true, at least in my experience staying at moderately priced properties. We had breakfast there and it was off a menu which was fine. We did not have an evening meal there but it looked popular. The pool was clean and very refreshing. People seemed to be enjoying their stays at Sea Breeze which says a lot about the place, no? Would definitely return there, depending on the circumstances.

Good location, accommodating staff, small room”

It was a good location, just walking distance to the beach. They offered free welcome drinks upon our arrival. The staff were accommodating and friendly. Nice swimming pool, complete items (towels, toiletries, etc). But the room was small for us, bathroom has no exhaust fan, aircon was not working well for a while, but they came immediately to check and fix, and the power was out during the night about more than 4 times. I'll come back here for the location, but I might choose other hotels with same or lower price that has bigger room.
