Cleanliness and Food are Excellent”
I enjoyed my short stay with family, The staff is very polite and friendly. I love the spread at breakfast time; international; Asian and Western food. Getting about is easy as the places are within walking distance to the ferry point if not, transport is available from the hotel. One night is not enough. I love the shopping malls too, but, did not manage to go to all. Will definitely come back. No wonder, it is a popular weekend getaway. I would recommend Swiss belhotel to everyone who wants a quiet, clean and value for money place to stay.

Enjoyed my stay there right from the start up to the last day. Check in and check out was fast. Room and facilities were superb. Hotel staff was always cheerful and smiling on every encounter; really made conversation easy. Honestly, it’s like a home away from home. The welcome feeling was like being treated like family rather than a guest. The only gripe I had was that I found the room to be a bit dark. This was most likely due to the lack of lighting at strategic points. I’d suggest a simple addition or replacement of warm white lighting to daylight lighting at the door entrance or near the full length mirror/luggage rack area. Another area would be the toilet; just an additional light above the mirror or area beside would be suffice. Everything else was perfect. Bottom line, I will definitely return to stay here again. See you soon...

love the ambiances of the hotel. up to standard. easy check-in. the room was suspicious. everything you need in a hotel room. the bathroom was bigger then i expected with the bathtub. the breakfast spread was also amazing, so much variety to choose from and a plus point the hotel is security tight. locations was great 5 mins away from harbourbay, across of the hotel there is 24/hr convenience shop (CIRCLE K) and along it there is a local coffee shop that opens from 7.30am to 9pm if u want to grab halal food. cheap and delicious. Will book a stay again if i come to batam.

This is not my first time staying, it been 4 times hehe, I love it because comfortable, breakfast good, wifi good connection. try out dine in I love nasi ulam,ox tail soup is marvellous! From harbour Bay ferry terminal walk distance 5 to 10min walk cause the exit short cut way now upgrading. There is 7/11 near Zest hotel, M one hotel near hawker center and nasi padang restaurant, the location Will be good around harbourBay will be good asap, near by morning bakery shop. There is Namii hotel included hair saloon and massage spa, lazy just call up make booking massage spa from the hotel. kcircle, nearby supermarket and donuts nearby. Only the shopping mall and cinema hmmm too quiet might be next 3 yrs later will be excellent cause Marriott hotel upcoming and residences houses and etc... There is hotel taxi 3500rupiah to any location and if u want pickup point from there to hotel 50000rupiah, this what I did booking taxi from hotel. There is shuttle to Nagoya, May ask the reception.

Rooms should have better ventilation. Feels suffocated and breatheless at times. Should have easier user friendly air conditioner as the temperature will return to its original settings even though it had been change. Pool should be cleaned thoroughly as it looks unpleasant. One recommendation would be providing free shuttle bus (2 way) to Nagoya Hill Mall for hotel guests.

location is excellent! only walking distance from the ferry terminal. the taxi counter staffs are very accommodative and extremely polite. they don't charge as much and travelling to and fro malls are super affordable and convenient. breakfast selection was good as well. rooms are spacious and clean. looking forward to coming back! <3

The room was very spacious. All carpet. Very helpful and polite staff. Easy to get food and taxi was always available. Convenient supermarket/store just a minute away. Very cheap and very clean massage shop (Manzu family massage) on the 2nd floor of the shopping centre. Seafood also nearby but a little expensive.

The hotel room is huge and clean and me and my friend enjoy staying here .The breakfast was really good and has a variety of foods .The hotel itself is very nearby the harbour bay port which make it easy for us to travel from Malaysia to Batam back and forth easily.

Pity that it is connected to a dead mall. Should just convert the mall to a food street like Nagoya or Grand Mall. But hotel is modern classic. Nice bed confy mattress. Didnt try the buffet though as travelling alone. A good place to order food from - Grab or Gojek - as place is surrounded by foodstalls - can get both local & cheap as well as upper end yuppy starbucks. Near Nagoya - walk if up to it else take grab/gojek for less than 20000 idr.

Loved the experience. The staff are all polite and helpful. Room is kept clean. Location is near the ferry terminal, one supermarket and lots of seafood. Taxi to other areas like Nagoya or Batam Cente is about $3-5, so very reasonable. Breakfast spread is wide too and nice.

One of my best stay in Batam!”
Their lobby, rooms and hotel breakfast is awesome! Very near to harbour bay ferry terminal. The only minus point was their check-out counter were pretty slow. I almost missed out my ferry check in, got to approach immigration officers for 'express queue' for my passport validation. Overall, the hotel is still as awesome as it is! :)

Good location with walking distance from harbour Bay ”
Is having a good location with walking distance from harbour Bay and is walking distance to nearby seafood restaurant. However, it will need to take cab to Nagoya hill and grand Batam mall. It did provide shuttle van service to Nagoya hill, but just two times per day, it would be good if there is more frequency of shuttle service to ease the traveller and hotel guest. The hotel breakfast buffet is not bad, but it would be good to provide more food choice in chicken instead of mostly beef. Overall is a pleasant and comfortable stay!

Receptionists, housekeeping and cafe staff, security personnel, drivers, were all excellent. The food for breakfast variety of excellent spread and were given 50%off the breakfast bill. This hotel will always be my favourite hotel in Batam.

Walkable to Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal”
The hotel is not new and some items in the room need to be repaired eg. chair, phone. But not a bother as the bed is comfortable, and the shower is good. It is just 5 mins walk from Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal. Easy to walk over to the terminal or get a "Habour bay transport" (taxi) at Rph35,000 from the hotel to the terminal if the luggage is heavy (mostly the car is a 7-seater car so no problem for 4 pax and luggage). Breakfast buffet has good spread so do consider having breakfast included.

Pros: good location, walking distance from harbourbay ferry terminal and nice seafood place. Clean and spacious room. They help to arrange birthday very nice decorations for my partner. Friendly staff, who try to arrange early check in for us! Breakfast is good, variety of food serves.
