This is the second time that I stayed in this hotel in as many times I've been to Phnom Penh. The hotel has aged and the breakfast is not as good as before. There is not a single hook in my bathroom to hang my clothes. The staff's service is commendable. The air-con leak was fixed promptly.

Clean room, good location, cheap price”

This is a good hotel, decent location near some great bars and restaurants and the market. Room was clean and bright with plenty of amenities, the breakfast was a little on the basic side but it was still tasty. The hotel is becoming a little run down and could do with a refurb. For the price this hotel is great, if you just want somewhere to sleep and and with good access to Russian Market area. I would stay again.

Great hotel”

Stayed here with a friend in a twin room for 4 nights and we thought our room was spacious, clean with strong WiFi. We were on the 8 floor and we never had to wait for the lift although I suppose that is entirely dependent on how many other guests there are. The breakfast was a buffet with choices from noodle soup, to tailor made omelettes. I thought it was a great hotel although some reviews say otherwise. The roof is perfect for sunbathing on and the pool is for cooling off and sitting in, not deep enough to swim. There is a pool on the ground floor for that. The roof has a bar and they have great happy hour. The surrounding area has loads of restaurants and bars. Had a great time in PP

Each year I travel in Cambodia with my family and booked always in this hotel. I can say that the customer service has changed each year. I have booked the the transfert from airport to hotel unfortunately nobody didn't pick up my family. I should find the transport myself to go to the hotel. The room cleaning was very disappointed,didn't clean correctly, also I should each day to find the cleaner and ask them to clean my room. As I can confirm you that after my trip to siem reap, I didn't booked in this hotel. Next year I will probably no booking in this hotel. They can't take care their customer correctly as a few year ago. David SAN

Improvement needed”

The hotel was nice but I would like to highlight a few points for improvement: 1. Lack of robe hook in bath room 2. No sockets above work desk 3. Male visitor not allowed to go up - discussion at reception was not ideal. Hope for the changes.

Good choice for the price, staff needs some help”

Very clean rooms. Bed was too firm for my preference, but that is common in Asia. The refrigerator in my room did not work. When I told the manager about it, he suggested wait longer and let him know if it did not get cold after waiting. Next day, still not cold at all - completely non-functioning (not even the hum of power). When I told the same manager about it again that day, he just shrugged and gave an awkward look.

Decent rooms, but quite overpriced in comparison to what you can get elsewhere. A big hotel with friendly staff and good services, in excellent lively neighbourhood. Rooftop bar is a little disappointing and spa is not operational. Best thing is the breakfast which is a league apart.

Ok place for business travelers”

If you're on a budget and want to be near the Russian Market, this place is adequate. Nothing fancy, small pool, breakfast is only so-so, but I would stay there again and eat out.

Comfortable, convenient but a little ‘tired’”

The room had ac, a comfortable bed and basic amenities. All as expected in this price range. Breakfast ( included) had plenty of variety. The pool area on the ground floor is very pleasant although building works next door spoilt the serenity. The roof top ( while only spa depth) was an acceptable alternative space.

Nice hotel, good location for Russian Market”

I booked this hotel for my Mom who is visiting, as she’d stayed there before and it’s very close to my apartment. She had a good stay, as always the breakfast buffet was great and the staff were friendly. Having stayed there myself over the years I do feel hotel could do with a bit of a refurb. Also, despite paying for a room with a bathtub they gave us one without, so had to go back and asked, and was promptly given another room with a tub, so seem to be keeping the nicer rooms for non Agoda customers, always worth asking haha!

Just beware that they charge for laundry, not made clear in room brochure and it's very expensive so take laundry to outside launderette. Pool on roof top dirty with bits in the water Otherwise a lovely hotel, helpful staff, good breakfast included in price and would stay again

Nice facility Roof area could be a bit more complete, nicer relaxing area around the jacuzzi would be good - it’s pretty spare Shower curtain and bathtub were not clean Bed comfy, air on good, wifi good Nice neighbourhood

Staycation”

Electricity went out in the apartment, so packed a bag and stayed here for the evening. It's affordable with a great breakfast and pool facility. Great location in walking distance to Russian Market. Along the street is multiple resturants to eat at.

Excellent Value in Trendy Area of Phnom Penh”

Highlights of The Frangipani Living Arts Hotel and Spa are extensive daily buffet breakfasts, ground floor swimming pool, clean rooms with a balcony, and an excellent location nearby a ton of interesting eateries and cafes. Friendly staff as well...this is an EXCELLENT hotel, all things considered.

Fantastic Hotel in Phnom Penh”

The Frangipani Living Arts Hotel and Spa is an excellent hotel in a trendy part of Phnom Penh. The best thing about this hotel is the daily buffet breakfasts offered to guests (included in room charge). This hotel also offers a 24 hour front desk, with staff who speak excellent English. The first floor pool is pretty big and perfect for cooling off; temperature of the water is just right. Theme of hotel artistic and always attracts different types of guests, from NGO's to business travelers to small groups. An excellent hotel overall!

A great hotel for the Russian Market area”

I booked this hotel for my Mother and Brother who were visiting as it is near to our apartment, it is a fairly simple hotel but always a reliable place to stay. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated, while the breakfast is also great. One thing to improve would be the lack of staff at the rooftop, with no one being there it makes it difficult to order food or drinks or to turn on the jets in the pool.

Excellent breakfast, great staff and good location near to Russian Market. The pool was nice but jets weren’t turned on and there was no staff about on the roof to ask for help. Overall a very nice hotel.

Have stayed multiple times”

I go into Phnom Penh once a month or so and have stayed at the Frangipani Hotel numerous times. Super friendly staff with good communication. Included breakfast is nice with many items to choose from. Very good restaurants nearby and easy access to markets and shopping.

We have stayed at the Frangipani Living Arts and Spa Hotel for several years. Each time the service and staff are excellent. The rooms are furnished with exactly what travelers need, the breakfasts are abundant and delicious, and the front desk and staff attend to our every need. The price is excellent. You could not find a better deal in Phnom Penh than the Frangipani Living Arts and Spa Hotel!

Wonderful Stay”

This is a very nice hotel, room is big, not noisy, quiet and has a lot of nearby eatery and just a 5 mins walk to the Russian market. Convenient. Room aircon doesnt seems to be able to tune up the temperature, and there are ants crawling on the table. But generally its a good stay. Will stay again.
