Great location Modern Clean Comfy Beds”
A short 4 mins walk from Kings Cross Station all on flat ground, our room was smart with a very comfy bed, with aircon, the compact room was just what we needed after tubing all over London, Phantom of the Opera was fantastic at the Royal Opera House. The Water Rat pub was great for live bands with O’Neils around the corner. KFC, MCDONALDS, Curry Restaurant, CO OP etc all on route to Kings Cross. Thoroughly enjoyed our wkend there, the House of Toby had continental breakfast in the mornings. We recommend The House of Toby. Dave n Mel West Yorkshire

Great value for money and location”
I was needing a place to stay overnight close to King's Cross and St. Pancras Station in London and I couldn't of choose a better option. Within 5 minutes walking from the station and plenty of shops and restaurants close by. The staff was so friendly and helpfull. I would definetly use this hotel again.

Great cosy room”
Really nice place - the room is no bigger than it needs to be, which makes it a bit cheaper, but otherwise everything is very clean and well presented. Really liked it.

Close to Kings Cross Station. Small room with not much space for toiletries or hanging coats but very clean bathroom and good shower. Comfortable bed and nice towels quilt and pillows. Breakfast very basic just help yourself coffee yoghurt and croissant but plenty cafes nearby. Very pleasant and helpful staff and overall an enjoyable stay.

Super helpful staff”
Rooms were clean and the bed was comfy. The receptionist was super helpful, gave me a ground floor room because I had too many luggages and there was no lift in the hotel. Location was good, a quick 7 to 10 minute walk to kings cross station.

“Deluxe” single?”
Maybe I was put in the wrong level of room as I’m not sure how the room I was in could be referred to as a deluxe single, as the bed was pressed right up against the curtain with enough standing space to get changed but not much else. Is there a standard single? Misleading name if not. The bathroom was really nice, except from a bit of a pongy smell upon entry. Staff are great and the breakfast is pretty good (great coffee machine). Overall I’d recommend but I’d avoid the single next time

5 mins for Kings Cross…rooms are clean and modern even though limited space. A great hotel for a reasonable price compared to others

Arrived very late at night. The room we were given was on the top floor. There were stains on the mattress, visible through the sheets. Bathroom door didn't close properly. Requested another room and got one on the 1st floor. This room was much better. Breakfast was basic, but ok. Guys working on reception were great.

A good value over-night stop very near Kings Cross. Clean room though there is not much spare space! Comfortable bed and very quiet room so I slept well. Breakfast was a pretty standard Continental served in the bar but was perfectly adequate. Staff were all friendly. Only drawback was a lot of stairs and no lift!

I originally gave 5 stars because I was woken up by the bell ringing in the middle of the night and in the morning... very angry! Bed and pillow have woman hair
