The hotel rooms were good but I like to swim everyday that's why I booked looked like a great pool but was very dirty asked staff why they said no one to clean pool the breakfast was ok for Asian people but western no good just toast so won't stay there again.

really nice stay here one night only but good nights sleep.a good breakfast staff really nice and helpful.the only fult was the inter net not great slow.i would stay again not probs we have a six yrs son and the pool was really good.

Clean, new, comfortable hotel”

We enjoyed our stay at The Ozone Boutique Hotel. The price was great, included breakfast, and it had free high speed internet. The staff was accomodating and even let our kids swim in the pool before opening hours. It's a short tuk tuk drive to the mall, although you might want to get the address of the place before going because not many drivers knew where the place was just by saying the name.

We enjoyed staying there, the room is large and internet access is also good. Just a short ride to and from the Central Shopping area.However, you have a car it also convenient to park there. breakfast is simple but all delicious.

Good Location and Clean”

The hotel is located on the major road of Udonthani. I stay on the 7th floor. The hotel provided for privacy and it was good for business trip. The room was clean which I like most of staying here. The breakfast was acceptable. In my opinion, the shower should have better maintenance.

New hotel with modern look”

Overall the hotel is very new, location is reasonable distance to town center and staff are friendly. The only thing that I feel strange about this hotel is the opening hour of the swimming pool (10 am to 7 pm) and check out time is 12 pm. My kids were disappointed because we could not swim early in the morning. This is very different from many hotels that we ever stayed which swimming pool normally open from 7 am onwards.

Nice modern boutique hotel”

Hotel is clean and modern. Staff is very helpful and can speak basic English. Basic breakfast. Fruit, omletes, coffee, rice and 2 Thai dishes. Salad, fried eggs and toast. Hotel showing a little wear with bad caulking jobs on bathroom mirror. Design flaws like window in bathroom but uses shower curtain to hide window. Another flaw is they have drying rack on balcony below air conditioner where birds sit and crap on your clothes. They should move the rack to the other side of balcony. Water in pool is cold. And they have swim classes at pool. So crowded sometimes. You will need to rent a motor scooter to get around. Close to very large park which is a plus.

From arriving to leaving my experience was satisfying. However, 7.3 is a little much,, perhaps a 6.5. The location is nice.. just a little remote, but not much. Can still walk to where you want to go. Only 18 minutes, leisurely, walk to Central Mall. Of course, I did take a tuk tuk many times. But cheap to do so. I will stay here again if go Udon. I do recommend this hotel.

Spacious room but the bathrooms could use much improvements. The staff need to learn basic English, and the breakfast was adequate. The location of the hotel was good, and walking in search for basic stuffs and food is not a problem. There were ants in the bathroom, and I think the management needs to look at regular pestcontrol. Otherwise it was a comfortable stay.

Our time in Udon Thani”

Our stay was very comfortable. It is close to the market which provided inexpensive and delicious suppers. Close to the big shopping centre. Easy to travel to and from Udon Thani. Many people speak English here.

Being in the Zone at the Ozone Boutique Hotel, ”

We enjoyed the quietness of the hotel. The movie channel was good as well as the breakfast. We walked to a lot of markets but tuk tuks were needed to get around. The big Central Plaza shopping mall was quite impressive! In all this was a very good place to stay.

Good hotel”

Fairly basic facilities, but good value for the price. Comfortable, and trendy atmosphere and new. Only downside at price was some ants in room, but this has to be tolerated in many hotels at lower price range anyway.

Room for improvement”

everything seems pretty okay except the culinary or plates and spoon are chips as only 8 months old. Luckily, not in the US otherwise they will be suit for causing injury to the lips due to poor housekeeping of the culinary stuff. Hopefully, the owner and F & B Manager looks into this matter seriously. It is worth the value and staff are very helpful too.

Not What it Seems”

Hotel is new and looks the part, however restaurant closes at 2pm no food or drink available, no room service, have a market about 600m walk down the road, breakfast we'll there was more ants then rice!!! Yes ants!! Everywhere, in the glasses along the table with all the food, which was cold, had one burner to heat 7 trays of food, swapping it every couple of minutes.

I had a really good stay at this hotel, staff always walks an extra mile for u and service was flawless. Rooms are big, mordern and clean. The price is really good and i had a very good value for my money!

Centrally located hotel but draoins a problem”

We stayed here twice en route to the airport. This hotel has a good location, close to the ring road and easy distance to the airport in one direction and centre of town in the other. Smart looking hotel in quiet surroundings. Helpfull staff. However the smell from the bathroom was not pleasant and there must be a fundamental problem as we were moved to another room, with the same odour. For a "boutique" hotel, this is a little disappointing with the barest of toiletries in the bathroom and the wall mounted tv is tiny. We shall not be returning.

New hotel but need attention on cleaning”

We were on short stay. Check in was fast and staff very helpfull. The rooms was good when we first came in and drop our bags. However, after our dinner, we found out that the draining in bathroom is very poor ... and around midnight the smell from bathroom was very bad ... It came from drainage pipes ... It was really nightmare with the bad smell whole night. We didn't ask for changing the rooms because it was too late after midnight.
