value hotel come with great bed and quite place. Vinmart is near with 5mins walking but tourist point is far from here which taxi/cab cost 3~5$ around. friendly reminder: beware the people who try to offer cheap massage to you.

The staffs are friendly and helpful. The room and facilities are clean but the bed is a little bit hard. It is a little bit difficult to find the entrance for the first visit since it locates on small street. The price is not so high compared to the quality around this area.

Near convenient shops and eateries and Lotte Department Store. Just need to take note of the early curfew in Hanoi which affects this lodging too. Best place to stay if fellow travellers have their own transports because the location is along the alley and can be very dark during late nights. For our case, it is ideal place for couples going for honeymoons.

Booking through Agoda is very quick, and the price are much better compare to others apps/ sites. Booked this room of UrHome ApartHotel for 3 days, 2 nights is kind of satisfying. Just a few clicks and you have a cozy place to stay. I think UrHome ApartHotel give you the feeling that you are staying at home, not at a hotel. The staffs are nice, well-behave and the best part is they are always greet you with bright smiles ^-^ But there are some disadvantage UrHome ApartHotel has, such as: 1. Dont have views 2. The bed sheets and blanket are not very clean (well they dont have bad smell but its not pearly white, there are some yellow stains). 3. When I first arrive, I stepped on dog's poop in front of the hotel. Its kinda embarrassing... Overall, Its a nice place to stay. I'll come back next time. hope it will get better. Thanks!

UrHome has quite nice room facilities, such as clean room, neat furnitures, TV sets, which are much more than its room price. Moreover, UrHome is runned by very energitic young staffs trying to make people stay as home. I was originally booked 2 nights but I extended my stay to over a week since hotel was nice and staffs are really nice and friendly. They even invite me for breakfast and dinner and enjoyed talking with them. I would certainly return to this hotel when I am staying at Hanoi. I would recomend to book fast since rooms are filling up very quickly.

The staffs were very amazing. They were helpful and attending the whole time i stay there. The room was well-furnished as well. Especially I'm so so in love with the rooftop garden. Such a nice place for staying. I spent just only one night here but totally happy during that time. The breakfast was so good to me with big bow of Pho. It was way nice when I got lost and Urhome staff tried to help me out. I'll definitely be back.

I think this hotel is convenient and good for business traveler. it's near my office and very quiet. Host and staffs are very helpful , friendly and humorous. They invite me to enjoy diner with some local food. Especially, they cook Kim Chi soup for me, this is our traditional food. I will be back, they make me feel like home.

The service we received far exceeded our expectations . The staff are amazing, very, very attentive and friendly. They invite us having dinner with them and other guests. Such a great time! The rooms are very quiet and clean. If you're looking for somewhere to stay on a budget and want a little luxury then stay here. Fantastic hotel!

We were most impressed with how hospitable the staff was, treating us like family each time they saw us. They helped us with anything we needed with enthusiasm. The host also invite us to have cozy dinner with them and It’s totally free!!! The Vietnamese food is so delicious. The hotel is located in a very quiet area of Hanoi city. Our room is nice decorated, large and extremely clean with new towers, slippers and full facilities. Wifi strong and fast lift.
