Clean and reasonable price hotel”
Kind and helpful staffs. Location is isolated from the city centre. It is suitable for people who have car. Breakfast is excluded but we can order from them with a average price. Room is clean and quiet. Overall is great compare with a price.

Awesome place!”
I arrived early, but the staff was friendly to give me a room earlier than the regular check-in time. The superior room is spacious, very clean and has a very nice bathroom with a good and hot shower. The pool at this resort is just amazing. I go swimming there every day after using the gym, which is also very convenient and it has everything to have a complete work out. It is all located a bit outside of town, which makes it very peaceful and quiet. Going to the centre of town on motorbike takes about 10 to 15 minutes. This place is definitely my favorite in Hua Hin!

Great value for money”
The rooms are wonderful and spotlessly clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The swimming pool also very nice and the whole place peaceful and quiet. I will definitely come back. The only con is that the place is far away from everything, so you need bike or car to move around. But for that same reason it is very quiet and you can have a good sleep!

Quiet place in a quiet area, mostly Thai people, very few farang”
Nice, clean spacious and practical rooms, most of them renewed a year ago. A little bit outside the touristic area, very quiet place, mostly Thai people stay there. Very good...Transportation is a small issue, have to rent a motorcycle at least. Golf is nearby as well as mosques. Nice and clean swimming pool. Staff quiet good exception made of 1 member...for who many complaints were registered.[50 years old lady, full time, bad mood, no respect, angry most of the time, the best english speaker unfortunatly., tried many times to ripp off......] otherwise, no problem, helpful.

An honest review”
Like all pictures of SE Asian properties, there appears to be a sleight of hand in the marketing photos. The image of this hotel on Agoda is not the accommodation, it's the recreational/gym/pool area. The residential units are set back from the image presented on Agoda and there are no external photos of it. Also, some of the Agoda images lead you to believe that you can get a breakfast here; this is not true. The Condotel is quite out the way, as such, if you don't have a car or know how to ride a moped - like me - a hotel nearer to Hua Hin town center is better suited to such people. All that said, for the price, I will learn how to ride a moped this year and this hotel will be my first choice every time I return to Hua Hin. The pool is very good - it's long and deep. The gym is okay but needs an aircon as it's unbearable when trying to work out. Down side - as it's far from the tourist area, there are a lot of unfriendly stray dogs. Learn how to ride a moped - you'll be safe.

Good stay, but terrible manager”
Pros: - Clean room, nice bathroom, kitchenette - Quiet - Presence of swimming pool Cons: - When we arrived, we were shown a room that did not look like the photos on Agoda. The balcony was completely different. So don't trust the photos. We tried to explain it to the receptionist, who didn't speak English at all. Then we got the manager on the phone, whose customer service is just the worst. We finally ended up getting a discount, after a lot of frustration and being yelled at. - The closest food options are more than a kilometer away. - The swimming pool is very cold.

Excellent time”
We really enjoyed our time at Hua Hin Condotel. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are very clean and well setup. Our rooms had a small kitchenette which was very helpful. The pool is large with a big kids pool and an adult pool which is long enough for exercising in. The hotel has a well-equipped gym and the gardens are beautiful. The hotel is around 5 - 10 mins from the beach and close to Hua Hin town center.

Professional staff and very clean”
Was really impressed by the staff and services provided. The rooms and building were well kept and clean. The price was also exceptionally cheap given the level of care provided as well as the quality of the room. I can’t wait to go back to Hua Hin and stay with these folks again.

Pros: - good money value - big swimming pool in which you can actually do laps - club house with pool table and fitness gym on the second floor - daily fresh fruits are provided for free - staff is very friendly Cons: - it's located a bit outside of hua hin. You need a car or motorcycle to get around - there is no restaurant in the hotel - the place is a bit dated

A nice hotel the only thing is transportation. The location of this hotel is too far away from the beach and the Hua Hin city centre. So you need transportation, motorcycles can be rented at the hotel.

Very calm place (although we were there at the high season) Nice swimming pool. Very nice staff. It is a little far from the center but motorbike are proposed for renting and taxis are not expensive (THB 200 to 300 to the center of his hin)

It was a great stay, the room has a good facilities despite of the low price. however, this is not at the city centre, but with small fee of grab car, the main attraction area is not a problem to go to even at night.

Great Hotel with Incredible Staff”
Feeling tired and weary after catching the night bus, we were delighted to be offered to check into our room early. After few minutes to relax on lobby, we were able to use our room from 9 onwards. The room is very comfortable, we heard no outside noise from our room, we both slept so well .Facilities were clean and new and we were especially happy with the attentive and friendly service from Mr Ake and Ms Ta. They helped us to much during my trip. On the check out date, we wanna go to Bangkok, but didn't know where to catch a minivans,MR Ake drove us to looking for the minivan station without any charge ( its so amazing) In summary, this is a lovely hotel with even lovelier staff. A massive thank you to all of you.

I love to stay here. We booked 2 superior room.. But then, when we checkin, they give us deluxe room with no charge added..this hotel also provide motorbike for rent with 200bath per day.. With reasonable price..all staff very nice eventhough they cant communicate well in english, but they are tyring much too help us. Thank you a lot..

Lovely place and staff a bit out of the way”
I came with my 2 young adult children.We each had a room , which were fine. They don't do food and there are not so many places in walking distance, so it means getting a taxi , which coming back in the evening is more expensive, unless the hotel has a driver available.
