      Good place to stay”
Good place to stay near everything in hua hin Town, only thing I say is make sure you get aircon as rooms can get hot during the day. Owner was really welcoming and pleasant, roof terrace is great place to chill out. I booked for 3 nights and ended up staying for a week :)

VERY GOOD AND RELAXING ENVINRONMENT, LIKE HOME”
This is my second time stay at Hua Hin Paradise Boutique Guest House. These time is with my family, with total number of 7. We book for two room, one big room can stay 6 person and another was two person room for my parent. There got balcony, can eat breakfast, dinner or some drink here with sound of street noisy. 7-11 was 2-3 min to walk, very convenient. Hua hin night market also near to there, walk about 10-15 min. You also can go rooftop , you can see the sea view, more suggest for sunrise and sunset. Can ask the staff or owner the time for the sunset and sunrise. For the facilities : As there was no hair dryer provided in room, you can request as you need it. There got refrigerator in room, and glass bottle water provided in it. There got each socket near to bed especially for bunk bed, very convenient for charging for everyone.

      Kind of good”
It was very good location, everything near. They also have motorbikes for 200bath, that's great. Room is clean, no smell, tea/coffee on the first floor. Just one thing what we don't like there is yellow water in tap-water. It's was not nice feeling at all.... Better if you fix it, really. Thank you!

      Really comfy beds”
We arrived there past midnight, so we had to call the reseptionist to come and let us chek in which took a while. They never asked our names or anything at the chek in, just showed us our room and gave the key. First we didn't get the room we booked, but it was okay cause it was a familyroom with AC and we booked a room for two with AC. They didn't tell us what time we had to change the room so we slept in because we just had a rough day of traveling, and then the receptionist came to wake us up and said that we had to move our rooms straight away and hurried us up, that was a bit annoying.. our room was okay, it would have needed more cleaning (they didn't clean the fridge for us and the room was a little messy, only the bed was cleaned.) Wifi only works in the reception and it's full of mosquitoes at night.. i think they should get some kinda protection there from the mosquitoes, like a net or something. Beds are incredibly comfy had a really good night sleep in there!!

No pillow & quilt provided for third person in triple rooms ”
Booked a triple room for 3 person, which stated consist of a queen bed & single bed. When check in, realised they've not provided pillow & quilt for the single bed, we did remind them & request hair dryer for the room. Unfortunately when we back from night market, they didn't provide the items as we requested, called their mobile phone also not attended, very poor service!

      Greatest guesthouse in HuaHin”
More than 3 years, I have been on and off HuaHin. Every times I chose here as the location and environment is perfect; close to market and beach. Deep sleep at night, no party/bang bang music, considered as best place to switch off yourself. What else you need more than these,

Walking distance to shopping and beach
The hotel staff was very friendly. Very nice boutique hotel. The only complaint is that the rooms and bathrooms were small but who spends their whole time int he room anyways? The hotel is within walking distance to everything you need or want to see.

      Very average guesthouse”
      Central location close to beach
The best thing about this guesthouse is the location, very central for those who like to stay in a central location like myself, only minutes walk from the beach, night market and entertainment district. The building is a strange design, tall and cylindrical, consequently you can look out of the room from both sides and view the outside world. The rooms are situated on a west- east orientation, so with windows on both sides the sun blasts into the rooms at sunrise and sunset from opposite directions. This was a negative point for me, the late afternoon sun was ok but I wasn't keen on the early morning sun shining in the room at 6am in the morning. The rooms are reasonable and the bathrooms are quite spacious. The hotel has a lobby and an outdoor patio on the first floor facing out onto the street with seating and tables. The problem is, the staff are maudlin and unwelcoming so one doesn't feel the inclination to be around them. After a few minutes of lounging on the patio I began to feel like an intruder and beat a hasty retreat. The bathrooms have a built in soap and shampoo dispensers installed but the soap dispenser was empty and there was only a tiny bit of shampoo in the shampoo dispenser so take your own soap if you do decide to stay here. I only stopped one night but the next morning I have numerous sizeable bites and welts on my torso. This could have been a mosquito or it could have been bedbugs, so I'll reserve judgement, but my partner was unaffected so a mosquito was the most likely cause. In my opinion this guesthouse is very average but bearing in mind it's budget accommodation one can't expect too much. It would have been better if the staff were friendlier, don't expect too many smiles if you choose to stay here. There's better options in the same price bracket in Hua Hin but there's also worse ones.

Simple but tasteful rooms, poor staff”
      location, rooms
i chose this hotel for the look of its rooms, the pictures reflect the reality pretty faithfully. however, once again in my opinion the weak link is the staff - probably one of the unfriendliest (and sometimes unhelpful) that i've encountered on my travels: thailand, land of the smiles ?!? i've stayed a total of 5 night, and i don't remember either of the two women tending to the reception ever returning a greeting or offering a smile. my thai is non-existent and their english barely sufficient for someone running a hotel in a popular touristy area like hua hin. often my questions were answered with barely more than one word, as if they wanted to keep any effort to a minimum. their wifi didn't work after a couple of days, i asked them if i could browse on their computer for free, as a hotel customer - it is normally 30bht/hr (i had my own smartphone otherwise), got some sort of nod, but was later asked how long i had spent on it since they wanted to charge me! still, the paradise provides a good quality/price ratio for hua hin, from what i could see of other places while i was looking.

It's cheap! My group was consist of 6 people and we pay 262 for each (it's cost 1,571) But it looks like the staff didn't know we booked the room.. kinda confused if someone else also book that room. Then again it's cheap so it was just okay.

There is no lift so you have to walk up. Staff was not so friendly and quite cold when interacting with guest. Hotel lobby was a little bit creepy, for my taste - dolls everywhere. But at the same time it seem cozy. I guess if you are with someone it is alright. but i did not stay at the lobby for long.Rooms were basic and a little too dark, toilet was all white, and looks a bit old. But I guess if you are not a scaredy cat like me you would be fine. This guest house is at the same row as the famous Jek Be-ak and near the night market.

      Location
This hotel is centrally located for a stay in Hua Hin, with the main centre, food and bars a 5 min walk away. The room did not reflect the photographs at all and all services advertised as being offered were not available. The staff here and their attitude really brings the place down, they spent most of their time sleeping on reception, not paying any attention, and seemed put out if we had a question or query. Not a great experience.
