Friendly staffing . Clean and sanitized sleeping area, tasty food within breakfast . We were lucky to have a room with green field view. even though we only stayed overnight . That is a good place to visit again

Room is spacious. Staff is warm and welcoming. But the bath towels are really old, and should be used any more. Breakfast is ok. Parking is confusing. Overall is fine.

We only were in Hualien one night, but we liked this hotel. The free breakfast in the morning had a lot of variety of Chinese breakfast foods. The Lily pond and garden in the back are beautiful.

The building is quite new and clean, the service lady is friendly. Parking is convenient. But, the breakfast is poor. There's no power outlet in bathroom nor bed side. There's a table in the room, but, not lamp for reading.

The down side is no WiFi!!! The breakfast is local food and put in boxes because of covid. But if stayed more than 1 one day, terrible food just alternate one to the other (2 choices only .

Terrible insulation and toilet ”
We were disrupted by the flushing noise in the toilet since the bathroom got the awful insulation. I don’t care why the toilet flushing is running out of the water all night long, but due to my friendliness, I didn’t report this issue to the front desk because of the last night. However, there would be no discount and any compensation on the next morning when we check out. Well, in terms of the charging at this level, there will be other better options.

Great for those who are driving! ”
The location is 5-10mins drive from Hualien city centre. It would be pretty inconvenient for those who are not driving. However, if you are driving, it would not be a problem at all! Since it's away from the centre, I like the surrounding being quite peaceful and quiet. The garden and the pond outside the hotel also makes the atmosphere nicer. The rooms are also spacious and clean. Overall, the experience is good - given that the hotel is only priced at mid range, it totally worths the price.

Very nice setup for the family room. Good mix of facilities. Only issue is the Japanese style doors for the room do not offer much in terms of blocking the light or noise from the rest of the room. So be prepared if you come with a noisy bunch.
