The hotel has a very good location and is highly accessible. From the moment you enter, you can feel the pleasant ambiance. The receptionists and staff were friendly, polite, and welcoming. Housekeeping was also very accommodating. One highlight of our stay was the excellent valet service. The front door staff, in particular, showed great initiative and professionalism—unfortunately, we weren’t able to get his name, but he truly deserves recognition. The rooms were amazing. We booked two rooms with king-size beds, and both were clean, well-maintained, and complete with toiletries. The light switches were semi high-tech, which was a nice touch. The bathroom was also very clean and well kept. The only downside during our stay was that the kettles in both rooms were broken. Additionally, some noise could be heard from the bar inside the hotel, which may be an issue for light sleepers. The swimming pool was clean and enjoyable, and there is also a side bar. The spa, although advertised, was not free; however, hotel guests are given a discounted rate. Overall, my friends and I were very satisfied with our stay in Hues. If you are looking for comfort and a place to unwind, this hotel is a great choice. We would definitely recommend it.

although i had no preconcieved opinion before i arrived of this hotel, i was pleasantly surprised, the particular room had no view from my window, the room was very good great shower bed was excellent, the aircon was well too cool, so i turned it off but in seasons when it's very hot it would be brilliant, the staff were always on hand to help and obliging in every way, if i had any problem the were very fast to deal with the issue, honestly i could not fault them in any way, so yes 100% i would recommend this hotel, ohh a foot note, it was close to all the amenities one may need or want, walking distance,

I encountered several issues during check-in due to system glitches. Another guest was also having trouble with their booking, and unfortunately, the reception staff didn’t seem interested in helping. I'm not sure how the situation was resolved for that guest, but I hope it ended positively. That said, you cannot simply tell a guest that there’s nothing you can do—especially when you're working at reception. It’s your responsibility to assist and at least try to offer an alternative solution. The overall attitude at the front desk came across as indifferent, which made the experience even more frustrating. When I went for breakfast, I was told it wasn’t included in my reservation—even though it clearly was, and I had already paid for it. It took a long time to resolve the issue. The room was clean, but it lacked basic amenities like toiletries, tissue, and slippers. Compared to other budget hotels, it felt incomplete and poorly prepared. There’s a lot this hotel needs to improve—especially customer service, reception efficiency, their booking system, and the in-room amenities.

They have club at 1st floor and the loud music distrub you till night 4 o'clock. The rooms are not clean, especially the wash room , In my room the exhaust fan for washroom was not working, which is terrible for confirmed space living. This may be good for bachelor

Cute hotel, in not the nicest area of Dubai, but a good choice for those traveling with a strict budget and especially those needing free parking! Other than the carpeting in our room (ask for a room with newer carpeting), everything was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good too.

The deluxe rooms are spacious with all amenities and a good view. I had booked for one day but extended my stay by one more day as the hotel was great ....All staff were polite and courteous.... Ready to help whenever asked with quick service.... A big shout out to "Zahid Mustafa" for all the help and quick service provided during check-in on both the days... He really is the man who is single handedly managing the reception considering the other two staff member looked quite new and were unaware, But Zahid multi tasked and ensure that not only me but everyone who was there at the reception got thier rooma quickly. Thanks again... Looking forward to stay again. ......

I arrived around 1300 for express check in at 2pm. At 2pm no room was available for us. At 2.30 again there was no room available for us. My family was getting agitated with long wait at the reception area. Around to 4pm we were allocated room 407 and we were relieved that at least one if the two rooms we booked for 5 nights was now available. Getting into the room we were treated with with a strong smell .The carpets were dirty and stained. The furniture shows signs of ageing. We complained about the strong smell at the reception and there was reluctance to move us despite having booked a non smoking room. After insisting that we were not happy with the room we were allocated another room on the same level but the bathrooms were old and not clean. We ended up having the rooms on different floors despite our request of having the two rooms on the same floor as we were travelling with kids. We requested two cards per room for easy access and they continuously didn't work. There was a club on the top floor which was blasting music for the whole night and we could not afford a peaceful night sleep. One of the nights there looked like there was a fight from noises coming into our room. After realising that there is no improvement on the cleaning and general maintenance we decided to leave after two nights. No refund for the 3 nights remaining was given. I wonder why Hues Botique hotel is rated 4 star????. That is quite misleading. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

I did a booking for a king size room and when I arrived the hotel was having a confirmation for a twin bed . They kept me waiting for more than 20minutes with back and forth communication about that. Reason being that they did not have availability while booking.com had 5 king rooms available . I think I t should be the responsibility of the hotel to sort out the mess with the Agent without inconvenience to the customer. With all this scenario. Even the manager did not apologize for that or anything , he just walked casually to the receptionist , spoke in their language and left. No professionalism at all. Rest of the stay till check out was fine
