1. Strictly NO smoking, NO pets, NO durians and NO cempedak. Any infringement will result in a RM200 penalty imposed for each offense. 2. NO fireworks and NO fire crackers anywhere in the Senibong Villa compound. Any infringement will result in a RM200 penalty. 3. NO heavy cooking and NO steamboat or BBQ inside the air-conditioned space of the house. Any infringement will result in a RM200 penalty. (NB: You may perform heavy cooking in the wet kitchen and steamboat/bbq at the porch and garden area) 4. NO shoes inside of house. 5. NO littering (cigarette buds included) in compound and on road facing compound. Any excessive littering will result in a RM100 clean up fee. 6. All activities that involve a significant degree of noise is to be limited from 0800hrs to 2200hrs. If complaints against the tenants are made by neighbors for excessive noise outside the permitted time, a fine of RM100 will be imposed. 7. NO indiscriminate generation of loud noises (car horns & etc.) throughout the stay, a fine of RM200 will be imposed. 8. Strictly NO parties without prior owner consent. (Parties will be considered as having more than 15pax with external catering). If such parties are conducted, an event fee of RM600 will be levied. 9. NO construction of marquee and tents anywhere around compound will be permitted without prior owner approval. The owner can request the immediate removal of any such structures and / or charge tenant for said removal. 10. All rubbish needs to be disposed of in a properly tied plastic bag before throwing in external plastic bin. If rubbish produced exceeds capacity of plastic bin, tenants will be responsible for disposing the rubbish outside the Senibong Villa compound. Failure to keep rubbish in bins will result in a RM100 clean up fee. 11. All doors and windows that opens to outside (except toilets and wet kitchen) should be kept CLOSED at all times.
