I recommend you this Humor resort new oriental Hotel for busness trip or single trip and more. Although there is located in Awaza station, far from downtown such as Namba or Umeda etc, you can stay with comfotable space and reasonable price. morever there is a public thermae who can use for free. also if you get a breakfast in this hotel, you would enjoy morethan 20 foods as a vikings. I wish that you have a great experience in Osaka, Japan.

Good for price, nice experience”
I stayed there for 5 nights with my cousin, during one night there were some high pitched noises from the toilet, possibly the fan, making it impossible to sleep. We called front desk and they asked if we preferred to change rooms now or tomorrow. Since it was in the middle of the night we didn't want to pack everything and unpack again we said tomorrow, early next morning we asked for a room change and I couldn't understand why we couldn't get the room right away when we were offered a room last night, the staff said we had to leave our baggage at the lobby and check in again at 3 pm, which I was pretty unhappy about (due to lack of sleep as well), attempts to communicate was impossible as when I raised my concern the staff simply said "so change room or no change room." Other than that, I'm pretty happy with the accommodating staffs, and the hotel is really good for it's price and location (which when I thought of later, the earlier incident was no big deal, but I'd say if there's something wrong with the room, just ask for a room change right away no matter what time it is) The onsen experience was interesting as well, I'd encourage people to try it out.

Small room but very comfortable”
the location of the hotel is perfect for people who will attend concerts in kyocera dome osaka (only 5-8 minutes away by subway), also the area around the hotel seems very safe. staffs are very nice and speak good english. the breakfast is great (especially the rice!). though the room is quite small for two people, the overall stay for me and my friend was very comfortable! (the shampoo and body shampoo are also great bonus!)

-very near awaza station (pink line and green line subway) - near "Life" big super market , Family mart back of Hotel - Have onsen in underground Men and Women switch time men 15:00 - 21:00 women 21:10 - 23:00 men 23:10- 8:00 - small room not space for open big lugguage - little toilet in bedroom don't have bathtub , flush toilet not electronic washing. - great and warm heart staff service help me to call taxi to nankai namba station at 4:00 oclock. Thank you - washing machine and Clothes dryers on 1 floors - smoking zone and drink machine dinningroom at 2 floors - very cheap price - remote control aircondition is japanese language. hard to use. - taxi from dotonbori about 1000-1300¥ about 21-23:00 pm - taxi from hotel to nankai namba airport line station about 1300¥ on 4:30 am - if you want to save money about hotel , It best choice.

A easily accessible hotel for a small amount”
I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. It is conveniently located to Azawa subway.. A 2 min walk from subway exit#1 to the hotel This hotel is in a very convenient location with easy access to the main areas of interest by nearby subway, or by walking if you like long walks.and is a few stop away from Dotombori, nighlife area of Osaka. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean.Staff were friendly and tried to speak a little English, and the complimentary breakfast each day was great! On the down side this hotel is a bit old. but I would definately stay here again!

a pleasant surprise”
My husband n I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room n it is big by japan standard. The prefab bathroom though small, is very clean. We didn't use the shower much as there is an onsen at the basement where we could clean up after soaking. The location of the hotel is fantastic as it is only 1 minute walk to Awaza Station which has 2 lines the dark green and pink line. Both lines covers many major attractions. So it was very convenient. The staff are also pretty helpful. Though they speak little English they are quite helpful and we communicated by the pictionary way 2 improvement the hotel can make is 1. Change the beds as I could feel the springs poking at my bones 2.have a wider time allocated to the ladies for use at the onsen. Currently the women is only given 30% (4h) out of the 24 hours! So i found myself having to rush back to the hotel if I wanted to use the onsen! Other than that..I think the hotel is pretty impressive for that price in Osaka!

Even the room is small, we do enjoy our stay because it has a Wifi that conveniently helped us to communicate with our children at home and cleared some of the work. The hotel is located just a minute from Awaza Station, Exit 1 and 3 stations away from Namba. However, the Awaza Station do not have lift or elevator for tourist with large luggage. This hotel is not suitable for family with young children as you need to walk quite a bit to get out from the station. We enjoyed the walk and the steps up. Once you are out from the station, a convenient store just right on your left. Walk towards the traffic light ahead and you will see a green light box( sorry, we arrive at night) and that's where New Oriental is located.

Affordable for solo travelers. Relaxing”
It was a bit hard to find the hotel, it was far from Kansai airport. But comfortable rooms, great breakfast is a plus in the morning. Close to subway so you can hop to anywhere in Osaka. Recommend if you are a solo or couple traveling, need a afforadable place for a few nights and are on a budget. Wifi is only located in the lobby area, and it isn't that great.

Worth 100% with the price”
The hotel exactly just 1 minute walk from train station (2 main line in the city), it only 2 stations from Osaka dome, which make us save a lots in transport fee(we went the trip for TVXQ Japan tour). The room is kind of standard size compare all other japan hotels, consider quite and the bed is soft. Our room bathroom is abit smelly but that did not cause much problem, cuz most of time we take bath & spa at basement. The spa is small but very comfort, they provide Shiseido shampoo & bath lotion summore. Hotel breakfast very tasty, more than 15 choices (that really surprise me), even not much changes every day. A lots of restaurant open at night around the hotel, we don't even have enough time to taste all of them. Their staff mostly very friendly & helpful, we feel very happy with this. Beside, we meet a lots of TVXQ fans from everywhere, stay together in this small traditional hotel, kind like cool when we see each other merchans or t-shirt & saying "We Are T".

Highly recommended! Just a minute walk from Awaza Station Exit 1, Clean, Free Wi-Fi Service, free breakfast and pool bath in basement (separate time for men and women). Convenience stores all around the corner. From Awaza station, you can access entire Osaka to Kyoto either from JR Train or Subway train.

Nice little hotel with great location”
Room was small but clean, wired internet connection was fast. I had a single room but the bed was large by Japanese standards - would have slept 2 (non-large) adults comfortably. The hotel has no external signage, just a mat inside the door, so you need to know where it is (exit 1 of Azawa station, Chuo Line, cross the road, walk 10 seconds, look left). Staff are helpful but their English is limited. When I was there they had one staff from China so if you speak Mandarin that works too. I didn't use the public baths in the basement so can't comment on that.

The hotel is located less than five minutes walk to a subway station. Hotel is surrounded by at least 4 convenience stores and plenty of food place. Staffs here are really helpful and courteous. Rooms are decent and reasonably clean. Like many hotels in Japan, there's no WIFI in the room. This hotel has it in the lobby and its free. Breakfast buffet has quite a good selection of the local food. Overall I was very happy with my stay here and would definitely pick this hotel again for my next visit to Osaka.

Good cost-benefit ratio, clean and good location”
The hotel is places between Umeda and Namba. Very convenient for sightseeing and nightlife. The rooms were small but clean. For the price paid it was absolutely fine. Although the Hotel is located next to a Highway, we did not hear traffic noises. However, we heard the people next door and those in the hallway as if they were Standing in our room... Nevertheless, I would recommend the hotel to people with interest of sightseeing and nightlife. Not to couples looking for a romantic stay...

Good hotel for the price”
Overall a good hotel for the price. Location is a bit away from the touristy stuff however. You need to take a 10 minute subway ride to Namba station, but the subway is right outside the hotel. Not really a big deal. No Wifi in the rooms, which is a negative.

Typical jap hotel ,very small room but everything are neat n tidy. Staffs are nice. There are some resterants nearby n 24 hours convenient store. The metro station just one to two minutes walk distance but the station not those big station. So need to change line for the main sightseeing spot. But with reasonable price everything are satisfy

I stayed for one night for business travel. I stayed at a room without bath (shower). There is a toilet in the room. The room is not fancy but clean. Internet was working well. It is close to two subway stations (Honmachi and Awaza stations) and several bus stops. There is a public bath in the hotel. Men and women take turn to use it. It is a large bath room and reluxing. It is onsen (hotspring style). I recommend this hotel to budget travellers.

Good location, not far from Osaka Castle”
This place is good for solo travelers since some of the rooms are tiny. Originally I was going to travel solo, so the room was ok, but ultimately my couple joined me and the room was too small for 2. The location is good, not far from Osaka Castle, and they have hot spring facilities, but you cannot use them if you have tattoos.
