Lovely Stay”
As a group of 4 we booked the family room and it was perfect. We had a lot of space, two really big beds and a big bathroom for ourselves. The room was very clean, ac worked good. In the mornings we got breakfast (eggs, bread, fresh fruit) and the girl on the reception was friendly and helped us a lot with everything (booking transfer, printing tickets, recommendations). The homestay is just a few walk away from the beach and you reach it in about 5 minutes walk. The beach is not to full and quiet clean. To the city center it is around 4 km but there are also some restaurants and mini marts next to the homestay. You can rent bikes for free and visit the center. We had a great stay!

Nice clean hotel in the quiet part of An Bang. Upon arrival they gave us the choice of another room very close to the beach in a home stay with only 2 rooms. It was newly renovated and we were the first guests. Excellent value for money. We really enjoyed our stay.

We wanted to stay at the beach and had no regrets booking this place for 1 night. Just around 3 mins walk to the beach behind...alot of basket boats at the beach. We happened to be at the beach when the fishermen came back in their basket boats with their haul of small fishes. This homestay also have bicycles for us to cycle around for free. Recommendable place.

This homestay is within a short walk to a beautiful beach, a range of restaurants, a quick drive into town. Dow, who works with the family, is lovely, helpful, and able to help with local travel plans. Room and bathroom were large, clean, and provided a good place to sleep. Breakfast is selected from a menu and made fresh in a small sitting area in their courtyard.

Was ok, very basic ”
We booked this homestay thinking that it's in front of the beach but it was not. Some photos of the nice bar on the beach ( on their photo album) were not from their place , we were disappointed :( Room were ok, very basic , clean beds and warm shower though. No breakfast included. Staff are friendly.

This was a great little place close to the beach and lots of restaurants and shops! The family was very friendly and accommodating! Also little Dào was super helpful help with taxis and tours she also made a great breakfast and cup of coffee!! I would recommend this place to everyone and anyone

This homestay is an inexpensive option if you're on a budget, and not carrying a lot of luggage (stairs). It's not right on the beach, which is about a 100m walk, but the beach is a really nice one! It's no fuss, and if you're just looking for a place to crash at night then it's a good option. Not far from Hoi An old town, a good distance from the bustle. We enjoyed our stay.

Moldy & smelly ”
We booked for three nights but only stayed for two. Our first room had mold all over the wall from the a/c unit and the room was musty smelling. The key was stuck in the door so they had to spray it with WD40 to get it out which made the whole room smell. The next room we were given had no visible mold but smelled quite dank. There was also an overwhelming ammonia smell in the room, which gave us a terrible headache and hence we had to leave. The staff were friendly and the location is nice.

Les + : chambre propre, grande salle de bains, vélos gratuits à disposition Les - : hotel fermé la nuit (obligé de passer par dessus le portail pour aller voir le lever de soleil), personnel peu anglophone (réponses fréquemment en dehors du contexte), peu enclin à aider (aucune aide pour réserver un billet de train ou de bus), pas impliqué dans son travail (quand a lieu le lever de soleil >>> réponse : demain. / Quelle heure? >>> le matin) qui joue très vite sur son téléphone après avoir montré son inutilité....

Super gelegen am Strand, etwas entfernt vom Stadtzentrum. Da man sich Fahrräder und Roller leihen kann, war das aber auch kein Problem. Man sollte nur rechtzeitig abends nach Hause fahren, sonst gibt es Probleme mit den Taxen. Das Personal war super, Frühstück lecker, die Zimmer groß und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
