Sir Dao went above and beyond, very approachable always with a smile! Location is key, down a quiet side street across from the plaza. Room was spotless. Everything was in perfect working order. Breakfast was as advertised, and helped get the day started. Bed was extremely comfortable. I would definitely recommend and am looking forward to returning one day soon!

Few minutes walk to the main square, the church and Sunplaza building(where you board the funicular train to the fansipan cable car station) Mr Dao is very friendly and helpful.
