Excelent food and dirty windows”

We are not the first time in this hotel and every occasion we found that the windows in the room are not clean and full of bugs on the outside. The dinner and breakfast buffet is fantastic.

Great family break”

Location, spa, price

We went for a 1 night break, the train station is 5 minute walk away as well as the Lake and their private beach. The rooms on the higher floors have great views over Tihany and the Balaton, every mod cons available. The breakfast had great choices and the spa area was nice, bit small and the swimming pool needs a refurbishment. Staff was very nice, except in the restaurant it seemed there is not enough waiter. We would go back and recommend the Ramada.

房间风景不错

不错，酒店离火车站很近，房间比较干净，但是包含的早餐是在是一般，酒店面对着湖，风景不错，注意这酒店位于的城市不是巴拉顿湖的主要的城市，所以这里的游客相对的也不是很多，如果需要去别的城市，坐火车可以很快到，总的来说，酒店质量还是不错的，如果在适当的房价下，可以选择这个酒店

Nagyon jó a szállodás elfoglalási és elhagyási idejének időtartama. Nagyon szép a kilátás. Gyors és pontos a kiszolgálás. Kedvező a szobák hőmérséklete. Az egyes területek jól elkülönülnek egymástól, így a pihenni vágyok és a szórakozók is felhőtlen napokat tudnak itt tölteni.

Sajnos kérdés nélkül dohányzó szobát kaptunk, minden más rendben volt. A partra egy felüljárón át lehet jutni, ahol kis gyaloglás után a hotel saját strandját használhatjuk.

Kellemes szálloda, nagyon előzékeny személyzettel”

Panorámás szoba, saját strandrész, bőséges reggeli

Fél éves kisbabával érkeztünk, babaágyat már előre bekészítették. A szoba normális méretű, kellemes berendezésű. (nem túl modern, de nem is ódivatú). Alapvetően nagyon kellemesen éreztük magunkat, a személyzet nagyon kedves (a késő kijelentkezés pl. egyáltalán nem jelentett problémát). Az egyetlen negatívum, hogy a standhoz a lejárat csak sok lépcsőn (sőt, csigalépcsőn) közelíthető meg, ami babakocsival nagyon nehézkes volt.
