Second time here and there is nothing that would distract me from booking this hotel again in case of another trip to the island. Nothing special to add to my previous review. No complains about noise from the construction site, that depends on the specific bungalow location, perhaps.

The stay was great. Bungalows are quite distant both from noisy Tran Hung Dao and from paths to beaches, so you don't see hundreds of people going to/from every day. At the same time it was only five minutes to get to the Long Beach and half an hour to get to the town. The territory is full of trees, palms, dogs and chicken so you feel yourself like in the village. Outside the room, there is a porch with a hammock and a table: spent a lot of time there with beer. Twin room was actually able to accommodate three people due to 1 single and 1 double bed. Hot water will not flow at once, so you have to wait or enjoy the cool shower. Reception staff is welcoming, but you need to check twice if you agree on something, just to avoid misunderstanding: their English need some improvement. Still, they offer laundry and motorbike rent at a fair price (I wonder who does not offer motorbike rent here on the island) You can buy some water and beer right at the reception or travel 50 meters to the nearest grocery stand. The nearest big shop is closer to the town. The Bungalows have some kind of kitchen and offers basic breakfast, but we never tried that: there are lots of different restaurants around. Satellite-TV offers ten dozens of channels, only 10-15 of them are in English however. Two times we had electricity shut-down, but that's the wide local area problem, not the Bungalow's. In general, this accomodation is pretty basic and spartan, but still very comfortable and suitable for overnight stay as well as for waiting in the shadow for the afternoon sun to pass (too hot indeed).

Being here for the third time is already a positive evaluation of the place. You get a bed, a shower, a TV, an a/c and a feeling of intimacy if you choose the right bungalow. Disco and birds might be annoying sometimes, but that's not a great trouble after all.

We stayed 3 nights and no one cleaned the room during our stay The furniture and fan where old and not clean. It s loud because of the constrctions works around and the animals. Even if it's cheap it could be clean

Bad attitude ”
The hotel got my booking and cancelled with "overbooking" reason. They cancelled right at before the day I depart and I had to take my time and pay more money for another hotel to replace. The attitude of the staff on phone was not collaborative.

Great location, value for money and helpful staff!”
We travelled with our dog over Tet holiday. This place was great for the price… simple but spacious and clean! Each bungalow has a hammock on the front porch and the grounds are manicured well. Lots of chickens, chicks, and pups roaming free. There is no pool but you’re only a short walk from the beach and many other amenities (restaurants, Main Street, nightlife, massages, laundry). Would stay again!

Bungalow chaud, douche et accueil froid”
Le bungalow est propre, simplement équipé, pas de clim (dommage car il fait vraiment chaud la journée) mais heureusement avec moustiquaire, pas d'eau chaude (et l'eau froide est vraiment très froide !). Joli jardin. Mais franchement déçu par l'accueil et orienté uniquement money money. En plus, le site s'agrandit et une partie des bungalows est à coté du chantier. A rajouter que sur la plage de long beach, l'eau n'est pas toujours claire alors il vaut mieux avoir un scooter pour aller sur les plages isolées.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut. Die Zimmer und die Betten waren sauber. Auf dem Bettlaken waren zwar ein paar Sandkörner, wir haben auf Nachfrage aber direkt ein neues bekommen. Ein paar Sandkörner im Bett lassen sich in der Nähe zum Strand aber kaum vermeiden. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen

Wir haben die Unterkunft für die erste Nacht am Long Beach gewählt, weil sie günstig war und gut bewertet wurde, um von dort aus am nächsten Tag eine bessere Unterkunft in Strandnähe zu finden. Die Geräusche von der benachbarten Baustelle waren für uns während unseres Aufenthaltes erträglich, andere Gäste hatten damit offensichtlich mehr Probleme. Die Dame an der Rezeption war uns ein ganz klein wenig zu geschäftstüchtig und offerierte uns gleich alle möglichen kostenpflichtigen Sonderleistungen. Ansonsten war aber alles soweit in Ordnung!

De kamer is sober, een bed en een versleten bureaukastje met twee lades die ruiken naar de schimmel. Geen kasten, geen stoelen. Wel een klamboe. En de kamer werd wel om de twee dagen schoongemaakt maar dan summier. Kijk niet achter en zeker niet onder het bed. Verder is er een oud winkelrek met vijf metalen kleerhangers, dat is de inrichting. In de badkamer lekt het toilet en we hebben uiteindelijk een extra handdoek bekomen om te gebruiken als dweil om de stroom af te leiden naar het putje. Er is geen warm water geinstalleerd, dat was een koude douche. We hebben er één ontbijt genomen en dan zelf maar broodjes gemaakt. De buurt is heel rumoerig en ook de uitbaters tetteren 's nachts mee. Oordoppen meenemen want de nachtbar speelt stevige muziek.
