An Ok hotel ”

We didn't really know much about Vinh so we picked this hotel as it looked ok from the reviews. The price was pretty good but we just did not feel "safe" here. We had other guests knocking on our doors in the night and at one point when I returned to our room from breakfast I found one of the other guests standing outside our open bedroom door locking in while the housemaids cleaned the room. But then, as travellers we didn't feel as comfortable in Vinh as we did in other Vietnamese cities.

Central and convenient”

Hutu Nghi Hotel is a hotel more geared towards the local Vietnamese traveller or for conferences or group travel. No meals are served to individuals, and breakfast is only served till 9 o'clock which is a bit early for the individual traveller, so of course I missed it.

Nice hotel ”

Only stayed here for 1 night on our way to Laos, nice hotel, would recommend to others. Breakfast finishes at 9am though so missed it as we weren't aware. Bathtub in room and cable tv. Nobody speaks English so really hard to communicate. Absolutely nothing to do in Vinh though - grim Vinh!! Will not go back!!

Handy for 1 night stay in Vinh”

This hotel is correct on the Agoda map but the address is wrong.It was very close to the train station and was the best price when we booked on line.The room is comfortable and a buffet breakfast although most of it is suited to Vietnamese taste.This hotel is geared for functions etc. We arrived mid evening and could only find a street style pho cafe for something to eat that was in easy walking distance.This was OK as we were just here for one night to break the journey.

Recommendable hotel”

Hotel staff is very hard working which results in satisfaction of staying at this hotel, receptionists, concierges, restaurant servers etc. The room I stayed at was also nice and comfortable. I think it is likely more appropriate for business travellers.

Avoid Vinh!!”

The hotel is a nightmare to find but this is more because the address listed in not where is actually is. If you ask people they send you to the road on the map and it's actually in a different street a mile up the road. Once you do get there it's on a busy road junction and noisy until late. The room was clean and large but dated and I was never convinced I'd get in as even the staff member that showed me round had to push it ope with their shoulder. I was going to eat in the hotel in the evening and was given a huge menu to be told I could only pick one of four things, so I went elsewhere and was glad I did. The morning breakfast buffet is large and has good local choices but does finish early so do check the times. This was the best part but still not great as everyone was smoking and there was a karaoke party going on downstairs. There have to be better hotels in Vinh but it seems no one has found one yet, and this is not is for sure. If you can avoid the town totally, if not try elsewhere to stay

Customer experience below average”

Unfortunately, the staff speak about 5 words of english. 90% of our basic orders at the restaurant and bar were NOT understood after 2-3 times (ex. No sugar in tea). Reception staff speak about 20 words of english but cannot have a fluent conversation in english. Manager of this hotel should look into improving english competencies of staff, overall customer experience and better market services of their hotel toward non Vietnamese clients.

Good location for bus and train travelers”

Hotel is very well located close to both railway station and bus station. About 3 minutes of the train and 1 minute from the bus. The stay was extremely short, from 1 am to 5 am. However staff was nice and room acceptable and clean. No time for brekfast, although schedule is wide: 5.30 am to 10.00 am

Brief stay”

The hotel was fine for a single night stop over and a perfect location for is getting an early bus the next morning. The woman on the reception desk was not very approachable, made us feel as if we were putting her out by asking simple questions, the rest of the staff were very pleasant though! The shower was quite poor but all in all the room was quite good and the cost reasonable! Can't say much for the breakfast

Nice hotel in Vinh”

The hotel staff don't know what the Voucher is when we check in no booking in this hotel. After talking around... I said booking though AGODA... and We got a room.

Hotel in Good location”

Hotel staff run around for booking code. But Finally got it. The hotel in city location, Security staff helful. A lot Guests Smoking at hotel Restaurant but no one ask them stop smoking. (There are many No Smoking sign)

A quiet comfortable hotel with pleasant staff”

The room was pleasant with a view to the mountains. the mattress was rather firm (a problem throughout Vietnam & Laos)Breakfast was plentiful but a nice cup of tea would have been a nice addition.

Clean but very dated hotel”

Hotel was clean but very dated and in need of modernisation. There was a rat running around the lobby area when we checked out.

Needs renovation”

I didn't expect much and was still disappointed. The room totaly needed major renovation, as all the wall covers were coming off. Also the Staff wasn#t very welcoming. Definitely on the low end of the low-budget places I stayed in in Vietnam.

Für den preis haben wir scho viel bessere hotels bekommen. Im ersten zimmer konnte die türe nicht geschlossen werden, da diese schon aufgebrochen wurde. Nach der reklamation an der reception bekammen wir ein anderes zimmer. Zimmer sind ok, wirklich nichts besonderes, aber es lässt sich schlafen, wenn nicht gerade der nächste gast versuchen würde, das nicht schliessbare zimmer abzuschliessen. Frühstück besteht nur aus vietnamesischen frühstück. Das personal an der reception ist nicht freundlich und muss zu allem aufgefordert werden...bitte bitte... Wir würden dieses hotel nicht mehr wählen, da es in dieser preisklasse besser hotels mit freundlicherem personal gibt.

全体的に古びれたホテル　朝食が付いていたが朝8時30分までとの事で7時30分に行くとほとんど何も残っていない、ハエが停まっているなど日本人にはちょっと・・・・　バス亭がホテルを出てすぐの場所にあるのが唯一のセールスポイントか
