A piece of paradise”
We had an amazing time at Huvafen Fushi, where you're taken care of from arrival right through to departure (literally, as they escort you right into the departure hall). The island has good facilities, surrounded by pristine waters, and has a good range of sea sports for the more adventurous. I'm terrified of heights but mustered enough courage to parasail, and I'm really glad I did (i.e. amazing birds eye view of the island). The staff were professional and at no time was there cause for anxiety. My overwater lagoon bungalow was well furnished and modern, and we were greeted by the sparkling waters of the Indian Ocean each morning. If I were to stay at Huvafen Fushi again, I'll pick the ocean bungalow which has an unparalleled view of the most beautiful sunset. Our Thakuru (butler), Afzal, took care of us and was just a phone call away. He showed us around the property, made sure that our speed boat transfers matched our flight timings, picked us up for our activities etc. Essentially, any possible worries that a traveler could have was taken care of. The only slight complaint that I might have would be the television. The cable channel selection was great, just that the remote was strangely difficult to navigate - but this is really just nitpicking. Our stay was incredible and it sucks to have left paradise. For those who only have a short time in Maldives, pick Per Aquum Huvafen Fushi, as it's only 30mins away by boat. Cheers!

If you want 5 star vacation, then choose Huvafen Fushi ”
Just choose Huvafen Fushi, if you want to enjoy 5 star treatment. We choose the ocean view over water villa and you won’t regret for sure. The view is amazing, the pool is great, the jacuzzi is huge and the room is spacious and feels like home. Our butler, nine two just take care everything for us. He is the sweetest and caring guy ever. He helped me to prepare a special cake to surprise my fiancée as it was our anniversary trip. Everyday, he would recommend us what to do, which restaurant to go for dinner, pick us up to anywhere at the resort and always 24 hours standby for us if we need anything. The island is definitely amazing with all sorts of stuffs to do. Their infinity pool is the best, and u get to play 8-ball pool, do some reading and ps4. You can head to their underwear spa which the only one spa in the world to enjoy the underwater view while you having a massage. In the evening, you get to feed and play with the stingray beside the beach. There are 10 of them to play with! Their Japanese restaurant, feeling koi has the best and fresh seafood platter. We went their for dinner and their staffs and chef are just so friendly. Celsius has the best view and we have our breakfast and also dinner theory. The Selections of the menu are so many to choose from. Room service menu are great as well. I have no complain at all for the food at Huvafen. Their food are 5 star quality. Just choose Huvafen Fushi and I guarantee you can just relax and enjoy the holiday knowing you are in the good hand of the people at Huvafen Fushi.

Great Destination”
The stay at PER AQUUM Huvafen Fushi was a real dream come true. We went there for our second honeymoon and it was the best trip we have ever had in our lives! This Island is truly a Dream Island. We have booked the Lagoon view lodge and the view was unbelievabely beautiful. The concept of having a personal butler was just brilliant and added a touch of class. The team, headed with Jay, went out of their way to support us. Our personal butlers Naadi and Mami were brilliant at personal care and attention. The Yoga classes that were complimentary were great channel to de-stress taught by Jobi. Furthermore, Marion was also very caring in being attentive to our personal needs. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a getaway to relax, de-stress, unwind and get back that positive energy that we all need for our own batteries!

pick up at airport was welcoming and just a very short wait in their VIP lounge than off to the speedboat transfer, the boat was classy and boatmen service and uniform was impeccable as well! we stayed in both beach villa and over the water villa and both are great! our young children can go direct to the beach to play and the water villa off to snorkel direct from our backyard. the style is modern, clean and absolutely class! the water villa is much bigger and more lux but though it is a lot more expensive by worth the price difference. We have a personal butler assign to us upon arrival, Chainy and he was just wonderful. Not too much and just enough to be there to assist us on everything, was great with arranging our activities and flight and most wonderful to our young children. they did not charge us for the extra bedding for the children and children until 11 eat free. the food is like all maldives resort are on the steep end but it was really really good and with the child eat free policy, it does balance out! snorkeling equip is all free and we can just keep it with us during our entire stay which is fab, there is also life jacket in the room if you need. their house reef is good too, not the best but considering they have a house reef that you can snorkel off your room is wonderful. Upon our aririval we immediately spotted black tip reed sharks, lots of very colorful small and large fishes everywhere esp near the water villa [there is a glass floor in the water villa that you can look down to observe at all times], the meta ray feeding at 5 everyday was a once in a life time experience, we are there everyday during our stay and it is absolutely fantastic! from arrrival welcome to farewell every minute is memorable there and we had the most memorable time!

Beautiful Island with ridiculous prices”
Pros: Stunning Island as one would expect from a 5 star in the Maldives. Good staff (a special shout out to Hussein and Roger). Fantastic, very large pool. House reef was good be it largely dead which was unfortunate but plenty of things to see including shark and dolphins. The room was the biggest and best we have had in the maldives although the position of the tv in the bedroom could have been better thought out as obscured by the bed post - that said, you dont visit the maldives to watch tv!!! Cons: Ive been to many luxury and expensive places over the years but you simply can not escape the fact the prices here are ludicrous. We went half board and still managed to get a bill of 4.5k gbp in extras (my wife had one small spa visit and we had no excursions). The food was good most of the time but very average some of the time but a lot of things had a hefty supplement attached to them. Wine & snack pricess were again astronomical. we’d return if they make all inclusive

It's a really a great resort with very beautiful island and beach. The crystal clear water and very peaceful ocean. A very good stay as it's very peaceful and quiet. We love the infinity pool, especially nighttime. We adopted a coral and definitely will be going back again.

Huvafen Fushi is PARADISE”
This was one of our best vacations ever and we are planning on going every year. Marco the general manager ad his team go out of their way to make sure you will have an extra-ordinary experience. The hotel clientele is diverse but classy, it s a very private hotel, amazing corals , food is superb and staff very helpful and friendly. They have everything you can possibly need for babies, stoke high chair and baby chair, homemade purees. We couldn t not recommended more!

Great but expensive”
we stayed for 2 nights, out of the 3 islands we stayed, this one was the most expensive, but the rooms were quite the same as the other hotels, so I dun really see why is so more expensive...... apart from that, everything else was great, have to say service was especially good!

Amazing personal butler. Food is pretty good. Very pricy but that goes with the whole experience. Snorkeling is amazing and the water is very clear. Would go again.
