The hotel was super nice and the staff truly made the experience even better. A-A-T-K-A — at the front desk was incredibly accommodating. My flight arrived earlier than expected, and she graciously let me enjoy breakfast while I waited for my room to be prepared after an early check-out elsewhere. To my surprise, my bags were already waiting in my room — such a thoughtful touch! The entire staff walked around with smiles on their faces and were always ready to help, even with things like getting an Uber. The location was easily accessible, and I enjoyed using the Careem app for local navigation and services. Even when I got sick toward the end of my trip, room service came through — I was able to order tea and other items with no issues. I just love, love, LOVE this hotel and will definitely be coming back!
The place was a bit old but I'm Impressed how it was well cleaned and preserved. Anwar was very helpful and kind he made our stay memorable. I ordered cake at delibites for my friends bday I went to pick it up but as per the staff it was not yet ready. I have a guest who asked for way where is galleria apartment but I was surprised that my guest brought the cake I ordered.she said the staff asked her to bring it since it's for the same room num she was looking. I find it very unprofessional and very rude. Hotel staffs need proper grooming or practice good hygiene especially they are facing and carrying the brand name of Hyatt especially the people in charge.
