Ein insgesamt schönes Hotel mit guter Lage. Leider enttäuschte das Personal durchweg mit einem insgesamt unfreundlichen und wenig hilfsbereiten Auftritt. Im Vergleich zu den Hyatt Hotels in Köln und Berlin - und im Vergleich zu anderen 5-Sterne Häusern allgemein - fühlten wir uns aufgrund des Personals leider wenig willkommen.

Wir haben zimmer Delüx 1702 gehabt es war wunderschön mit Rosen Blatte auf Boden mit kalten Sekt Flasche auf Tisch also Traumhaft ich habe keine passende Wörter dazu einfach spitze :)

mooie kamers. Duur ontbijt en parking. Personeel kan behulpzamer zijn aan de incheck-balie. tweede keer dat ik er verblijf, tweede keer dat de bar in het hotel zéér zwaar tegenvalt. We hebben 50 minuten moeten wachten op een drankje. Het personeel deed zijn best maar was onderbezet. Het hotel moet hier op anticiperen als ze weten dat het hotel vol zit. Dit is 5* en de prijs van de drank onwaardig.

私は5星しか泊まらないのですがこのﾎﾃﾙは5星の価値は無いと思います。wifiは有料だし歯ブラシやｶﾐｿﾘも付いてなく最悪のﾎﾃﾙでした。二度と泊まりません。ｽﾀｯﾌの態度も良くない。ﾎﾃﾙ玄関にも誰一人いない時もある。ｾｷｭﾘﾃｨも手薄。

一進房發現檯燈下有吃過的糖果,馬上打給前台反應,飯店立刻安排了清潔人員來清理(但也只是把糖果丟掉,另外擦了桌子),當下很想跟她說我想換房間,因為心理已經不覺得這間房間是乾淨的了..但是因為太晚,所以就作罷...

Якобы ошибочно снимают деньги с карты. Когда заметил пообещали вернуть. Разбирался три дня с администраторами . После обещаний о возврате и якобы вывода данных моей платежной карты из системы, попытки снятия денег продолжались. На карте было недостаточно средств и операцию отклоняли. Когда пополнил карту, то после выеда по дороге в аеропорт сняли все возможные деньги с карты и даже я стал должен 17000рублей. Отвозивший меня таксист сказал, что такими истории не единичны . Не знаю как добиться возврата 2555евро на удолении если в гостиннце на месте три дня боролся и как оказалось напрасно. Да и гостенница не удобная. В ванной комнате нет туалета,а в туалете нечем помыться кроме бумаги. Одним словом испортили отдых
