We stayed 6 nights in this hotel and the staff were all truly amazing, professional and well-mannered. There were 3 carparks in Parnas and upon arrival we happened to park at carpark 3 which was furthest from the hotel lobby. The staff saw us walking towards the hotel entrance from afar and he walked up to us to helped us with our luggages. Other than the incredible customer service, the hotel is located right beside the coast and it has very beautiful view. The interior design of the hotel is very grand and comfortable too. We enjoyed our stay at Parnas very much. Thank you for serving us!

We spent 4 nites at this hotel and enjoyed every minute of it. The room we were in was 1br with separated wall and very spacious, 700+sf with hugest wrap around balconies. Beautiful hotel with nice artworks thruout. And the pools are above exceptional!!! The outdoor infinity pool wraps around the hotel perimeter, so long, it's like a river! The only negative was the location of Jungmoon I'm Jeju. Basically all the major hotels are here but pretty secluded and very far from downtown. However within Jungmoon Parnas has the best location as it sits right at the beach. Cannot recommend this hotel any higher! Gorgeous hotel, spotless clean with very warm, courteous and efficient staff.

I stayed at the Parnas Hotel Jeju with my brothers for a few days. Even though it was the rainy season in Jeju, we really enjoyed our stay and time in Parnas. The doormen and front-desk staff were lovely and welcoming. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a nice view of the hotel grounds and ocean. The infinity pool was wonderful and very scenic. We also enjoyed the breakfast at Confetti and refreshments at Fondmer, both were delicious. We loved our stay here and hope to be back very soon, ideally in sunnier weather!

I usually go on hotel vacations often, but the Parnas is the first hotel I want to stay at again. I stayed for more than three nights, and I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel, the kindness of the staff, and the comfortable state of the room. In the two-room suite, there were two beds: a queen bed and a twin bed, along with two bathrooms, which made for a really pleasant and comfortable stay. Since it's a newly built hotel, it was clean, and seeing the staff continuously cleaning and maintaining the place made me trust it even more. The pool is free for guests, which is great for convenient use, and above all, the shower and changing rooms are spacious and comfortable, which was the best part. In other hotels, you have to wear your swimsuit from the room and put on a robe, but at Parnas, the changing and shower rooms are wide and spacious, which is nice. If a hotel doesn't manage the pool changing room, it can quickly get dirty and hurt the hotel's image, but at Parnas, the staff keep cleaning and organizing it, and it really shows. Anyway, thanks to that, I had a comfortable and enjoyable vacation.

It's five stars for the location - this place is beautiful, and the sky before dusk is pink and lilac like John Singer Sargent's Carnation, Lily, Lily Rose. So I loved the view, the sound of waves and cicadas at night, it was very peaceful and beautiful. I would want to have my wedding here. Staff are helpful and approachable. I requested help in making a reservation for a restaurant and the staff helped me call in on the spot. Another staff gave great recommendations for nearby Korean food. The room was quite clean, no nasty surprises. On the first day, our balcony was a bit dusty but on the second day housekeeping cleaned it up. Toilets were clean, though water leaked a bit from the shower area to the toilet beside it, though not enough to inconvenience me. Rubbish bin could do with lining (the bin is just an unlined black plastic bin), I spilled some coffee powder inside on day one, and it remained there on day two. Despite this, the location is great and the staff very friendly. Unless I find another place by the coast that is cleaner, I probably would love to return.
