Beautiful and comfy”
The front desk staff all friendly with smiles and I loved the fact that ensured guest wore mask. The housekeeping team awesome! Bellmen, were all friendly and cool to chit-chat with, we were starving and (sorry I forgot his name) but he recommended my husband and me to a very nice restaurant, it was great! Thanks to everyone at the cafe' too!

Loved the location”
My only complaint was that the room was so noisy I was up all night and could not sleep. The staff was awesome and we were upgraded to a beautiful room with a great view.

Overpriced and overrated”
The reception was friendly, room as expected. The elevators were failing, there was a huge line getting into and out of the rooms. We complained and got a refund for not used days. Thank you

Outdated hotel ”
The hotel is very outdated and needs to be updated. Great location! The water in our bathroom did not work which was extremely frustrating…..I mean how does the shower not work? We have been to other Hyatt hotels before and this one has to be the worse. The manager was able to rectify our issues and was very professional but the hotel needs a lot of work

Not happy”
First the receptionist was rude. She walked away from us claiming we were rude to her. If only she had done her job in the first place things would have been fine. Second - our sink has an awful smell when we turned the water on. Also noticed a bug in the sink when we first entered the room. Maintenance guy came and told us the trap is most likely filled with bacteria. It would be a complicated process and that we had to change rooms. Then we had to deal with the front desk again. AWFUL. NOT RECOMMEND staying here.

The amount you’ll pay to stay here - you can get a modern and beautiful boutique hotel. I chose Hyatt Regency because it’s a familiar brand and recognized worldwide but even though I upgraded to the presidential suite - it’s old and dingy. Would not recommend.

Amazing Miami”
Had it not this hotel, our first time to visit Miami won't be truly fulfilling. The hotel staff was kind enough to give us a room with a nice location of the river. We walked to the American Airlines Arena the home of the Miami Heat Team + the Miami Beach was truly amazing. Thank you Agoda!

Hyatt Regency Miami Hotel”
I have spent just one day there the I boarded to a cruise ship, so I have not spent too much time there, but I was stunned by the hotel and by the lovely staff. I have had no problem at all they have a real quality service in every way. I am glad to have the opportunity to try it. I would certainly will stay there if I go to Miami again.

Can't say enough good things about the staff and the service they provided. Great location, walking distance from shops, restaurants & public transport. walk along the Miami river and have lunch or dinner at one of the excellent seafood restaurants frequented by locals.

The hotel is centerally located and therefore is very good for a short stay. You can get to miami beach, south miami and downtown in 15 minutes.

Cruisers' Choice #1”
Thanks to Agoda.com’s point system, I’ve saved on this room and that’s not even to mention the best among other sites price to begin with. I needed this hotel to stay overnight before my cruise, so this location is very good for cruisers. I actually walked across the long bridge (didn’t have much luggage) to the port and enjoyed the spectacular view. (takes about 30-40 mins, depending on how many pics you take on the way). The parking wasn’t free so I used the public parking on the north-east side from the hotel ($10 a day). The check-in was amazing fast. While others were staying in line to do it the orthodox way by talking to an actual person and everything, I simply slid the card I used to pay for the room on the agoda.com and it immediately found my name, asked for smoking/non-smoking, 2 queen/1 king bed and spit 2 key cards. 15 seconds check-in. 5 of them took me to understand that it’s for real that easy and efficient. Check out is same way. Bed is nice, flat-screen TV is tight, and all other amenities are basic, functional and just OK. I didn’t manage to open my balcony door though. I assume they locked them to prevent drunk people from falling after partying at South Beach.

As previous reviewers have mentioned this is not a Hyatt Regency hotel, it fell below par for many reasons: food, rooms and staff. The main redeeming feature was its location; in other words it was easy to get away from it. It is very near the cruise terminal and only about a 15 min stroll to Bayside.

Comfortable, clean and quiet”
Excellent. Though I booked at the hotel adjacent to the wrong convention center and had to pay substantial taxi fares to get to the correct convention centering would do it again because the hotel was much nicer than anything near the other convention center.

Pros: it’s in downtown just across brickell, easy access to restaurants , shops , Staff were very helpful and friendly and always at your service , rooms were big & clean , we had 4 suitcase & still there was plenty of room Cons: it’s an old hotel so the bathroom had only tub and very small bathroom, no mini bar , not renovated so no shower is in tub old style , But we enjoyed our stay of 5 days

Nice and luxury hotel”
We spent one night and overall everything was great. The hotel is located in the heart of downtown, so you'd expect to see a lot of international tourist for shopping. The frontdesk was very busy on the day of arrival, but the staff was very welcoming and friendly.
