Wonderful Family experience in a centralised area”
First up, the staff are so lovely and helpful! They were able to help us arrange cot for the baby and were very eager to help make our stay seamless. The rooms were kept tidy and huge! So comfortable! Walking distance from several walking destination, parking available across the street, managed by the hotel! The stay here made my experience in Okinawa and unforgettable one! Will definitely be back again!

Winter Travel”
The room we booked did not have air-conditioning (or any air ventilation for that matter) during our December stay, but the hotel was very accommodating and upgraded us to another room with air conditioning. The staff are nice and the location is very convenient with guest parking readily available. Recommend going down to breakfast before 8:30am to avoid lines. Overall, very happy with our stay after the room change.

Very professional staff. Very clean room and impressed with the way they folded and arranged the washroom curtain and hair dryer. Breakfast buffet is very good with great diversity. Our second stay! One con is that the room is a bit small and there is not enough storage space in the washroom.

Fantastic hotel with Outstanding Service”
I brought my karate students and parent chaperones to Okinawa to train at the International Karate Study Centre in Yomitan and visit various sites. We decided to make our home base at the Hyatt Regency Naha, and that was our best move. The location near Kokusai dori was perfect, and we took day trips to Central and Northern Okinawa; the hotel is also not far from Shurijo Castle Park and other important sites. It was great to come back to the hotel and relax in the rooftop pool in the evenings. Breakfast every morning was terrific with a great selection. By the second day, the staff knew our group and had a table ready for us every morning thereafter - so considerate! We emailed the concierge ahead of time, and through them we were able to schedule roundtrip airport transfer and chartered vans for two days of our stay. Overall, this hotel is now our hotel of choice in Okinawa. We give them our highest recommendation.

While traveling on business and pleasure for the past 30+ years, I've stayed at world class hotels around the world. I can say with all honesty that I've never had a more pleasant stay as I did at the Hyatt. Yes, the location is convenient but the hotel and staff are fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about the hotel staff. They're very professional, courteous and provide the service with a smile always. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the restaurants superb. In general the entire hotel is maintained to perfection. If you want a first class experience in Naha, I can recommend the Hyatt Regency without reservation. The Okinawa Chamber of Commerce should award the management and staff of this hotel a medal for their positive representation of Okinawa. I've never felt more welcomed, nor my business appreciated more anywhere I've stayed before.

One of the best in Okinawa! Great location, great breakfast and the important, friendly and helpful staffs. Located in the heart of the city, just about 5 minutes to the Main Street and about 12 mins to the monorail, let us have our easy life as home. Hotel’s breakfast is great, very fine, delightful and precise. Booked a snorkeling activity through the hotel and they have pick up service from their provider which is important to family travelers like us. One last thing. I have lost my sunglasses on the taxi and Hyatt’s staffs have put all their effort to locate the taxi driver and arrange it to send back to the hotel for me the next day!! Really amazing! They saved my life for the next few days in Okinawa, because I need my sunglasses to see clearly as I got some eyesight problem. Thanks again everyone in Hyatt Regency!

Birthday weekend at Okinawa”
Recently spent 2 nights at Hyatt Regency during my first visit to Okinawa. The hotel is conveniently located, i.e. 20 minutes away from Naha airport (around USD 20 by taxi) and 5 minutes on foot away from the main street of shopping & restaurants. Rooms are very clean in good size. Happy hour at The Bar on 18/F is amazing! Less than USD 5 for a glass of wine and you get to sit by the window with a view. P.S. The curry beef with rice at the lobby lounge is my favourite!

Great Rooms, Exceptional Customer Service”
The Hyatt Regency Naha is our hotel of choice in the city. You can't beat the location and proximity to Kokusai dori. The rooms are excellent, the breakfast is worth it, and the rooftop pool is a nice place to relax. The shining star is truly the customer service. Two years in a row, we have brought our group to stay at this location. Both years, we emailed the front desk in advance, and they reserved jumbo taxis for airport transfers and for our all-day tours. This was extraordinarily helpful (even scheduling days throughout our trip when we were not staying at the Hyatt). They were clearly focused on meeting guest needs and ensuring we had a positive trip in general. For all these reasons, we will back year after year!

PERFECT LOCATION”
Hyatt Regency in the center of Koukouai street is just perfectly located... just minutes walking distance to junk food, great restaurants , and shopping. The hotel room itself is just perfect too. Its clean and well designed, and very comfortable. I would not hesitate to comeback. The laundry machines located on even number floors is so awesome. Why don't more hotels do likewise ? Well, Hyatt in Naha certainly thought of it and they deserve a great review. BTW. The Street vendor just downstairs serving BBQ Chicken Skewers is so good !! Ate there for a snack on the last day, and wow was that great.

We love staying at Hyatt Regency Okinawa. It was the best hotel for our 4-day trip in Okinawa. Even though the location is not very close to the monorail station, but it locates at the central of Kokusai dōri. We love the breakfast (highly recommended) and their gym. Would love to go there again!

Beautiful hotel in the perfect spot”
This was our first time to Okinawa, and everyone encouraged us to stay in a beachside resort, but I’m so glad we stayed here. It was around the corner from the busy streets of Naha - with plenty to eat and explore, and then we hired a car to some of the coastal spots which was so much fun. The hotel is beautiful, the breakfast was generous and diverse. The bar has an amazing view, the rooms were spacious and all the staff were lovely. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Okinawa.

A good stay in Naha”
This hotel is relatively new and is definitely more modern than some of the other options we explored in Naha. The rooms are very comfortable and the size of the rooms and bathrooms are decent. The staff are accommodating and I found that the breakfast buffet has a good variety as well. The only reason I didn't rate it a 5 star was because the a/c was off centrally and we got very hot at night. The hotel had already switched to heat mode but the weather was still not cool enough. The issue was resolved with 30min when we called the front desk. We stayed in the city for one night before heading up to a resort hotel north of the island. I would stay at the Hyatt Regency again.

Great choice for professionals staying in Naha ”
Great staff, service, location, food and drinks - the breakfast buffet is wide ranging and high quality and worth staying for. Room sizes are good for Japan / Okinawa and very modern and outfitted. On the downsides, the swimming pool is a lot smaller than in photos and very shallow - meant for kids and it's by no means the best Hyatt pool. No access to HDMI ports on TV mean you are stuck with limited English-language TV. Otherwise, it's a fantastic hotel to stay at in Naha - make a trip to the bar upstairs and stay for drinks while listening to their amazing lounge singer (as of September 2016).
