Hyatt Regency gets it right!”
Hotel room was modern, clean, and very spacious! The soap products from Pharmacopiea smelled good and gave sense of Spa quality. Bed was extremely comfortable and linens were soft and clean. The downstairs bar served really good food and drinks. Finally staff was extremely courteous and helpful!

Great stay with one exception”
We stayed here for the weekend of BlizzCon and it was a fantastic stay. The hotel is beautiful and close to all areas you would be interested in. One thing that needs to be discussed is that while my wife and I were at BlizzCon, an individual who stated they were security and needed to enter our room knocked on our door with my Mom and one-year old daughter inside. He refused to leave and asked my Mom to call a number to verify he needed to do a room check. My Mom complied, but it made me greatly concerned that this was something that was either not valid, dangerous, or should have been addressed when we checked in. This needs to be changed immediately for the safety and security of those individuals checking-in in the future.

Everything was great, especially location. The room we booked had two huge king size bed. The only downside is that the room booking does not include (complimentary) parking - would have given a 5 star for value if it included parking. Also have a shuttle bus facility to disneyland for USD$6 per day, per adult

My husband and I visited our friends who lives near the disneyland area, the hotel is very nice, clean and very close to disneyland. We will come back again and stay in this hotel again.

Stayed there for 5 days for vacation , but felt like working with so many conferences with people in business attire . Otherwise the hotel is clean and near to disneyland

Parking is way too expensive, No one cleaned our room while we were out for the day. No new towels until we called for them.(goes along with no one cleaning our room. Front desk staff was nice! They did offer a coupon for 2 drinks (when they found out as we were checking out) that no one cleaned our room in the 2 days we were there, but we were leaving at that point.

A very nice new hotel with good facilities”
My room was excellent and nice and clean. The location is good and only 10 minutes from Disneyland. Breakfast was excellent and a good choice of restaurants near by.
