Feel catered to at the Hyatt Osaka”
This was such an amazing experience for our first few days in Japan, as first timers to Japan. The staff was so helpful, provided us with maps, and gave us directions to where we needed to go. The rooms were amazing. Love the kimono to sleep in. Work out room was nice, there is even a Lawsons on property to get food. Just be sure to check the hours. They can offer a complmlementy shuttle bus which was extremely helpful and a relief. Just book it if you are deciding, you won't regret it.

Lovely hotel with 5 star service”
our stay at the hyatt regency osaka hotel was wonderful. the hotel is located in the bay area but we didn't mind being away from the busy crowded downtown areas. public transportation is very easily accessible. we stayed in a queen room on the regency club floor which was very spacious, had a great view of the bay/harbor, was spotlessly clean and comfortable. every staff member provided superior service. i was previously a manager in the front office of a leading 5 star hotel so i have high standards and first hand knowledge of what it takes to "win over" your guests. i highly recommend the hyatt regency osaka hotel and will definitely stay there again.

Second stay on the same trip”
We stayed a second night at the Hyatt regency after the Ryokan we had booked canceled our stay due to an issue with their heating system. So we were very happy to stay at a familiar place with a close connection to the airport (early morning flight out). The only down side was that we couldn't eat at any of the hotels restaurants. Since it was the 1st of January most places in the city were closed and all the guests had already made reservations at the hotel restaurants. Luckily we settled for room service which was just as good ( if not better). No complaints, very helpful staff, and we even got a free upgrade to a king sized bed.

Calm and peaceful hotel with a sincere service”
My original schedule is to stay at Fraser Residence Nankai Osaka. However, I was really disappointed at their service. So I might have to search a new hotel reservation in Osaka. The answer was "Hyatt Regency Osaka". Actually, I've been here couple of time for my biz trip. Everytime I stay, I feel comfortable. Clean and spacious lobby area, calm and peaceful place to spend your vacation. The staffs are very kind and more over fluent in English so that I don't see any problem in communication. To go to Kyoto, Kobe, and Nara cities, I rent a car. Parking for the overnight guest is free!!! One more recommendation to you is "Spa". Enjoy your travel.

excellent service and comfort! but remote location”
we were here for 5 nights and we were on our honeymoon. lovely hotel, both around and in the room. service was excellent and staff go out of their way to make sure you are well taken care of. they have a shuttle service to osaka station, but you need to reserve a seat early, also it arrives every 30mins. But it is very near universal studios by jr train! I would definitely recommend this hotel for its comfort and service, but location makes me think twice about coming back here if I'm back in Osaka.

We spent a great 2 nights here and the hotel met our needs with the usual Hyatt caring service. Our only surprise was the location. It would appear the waterfront area has not taken off as expected - the nearby shopping plaza is half empty. But the shuttle service to and from Osaka Station (a 25 min trip) ran every half hour all day and night which made the location fine. The breakfast was awesome - including the deliciously light hot cross buns on Good Friday!

Great location to visit INTEX Osaka”
If you have a business at INTEX Osaka, it would be a wonderful choice. It only takes 3 minutes to Nakahuto station, and only 25 minuets to Nanba station by metro. The view was also good which is directly seeing the Osaka bay. After the sunset, thw wind from Osaka bay is quite strong. There is only one convenience store, 7-eleven, near the Nakahuto station.

the location is not near the city and my business area neverthless, i will continue to stay as rate is value for money. But if i do not have the luxury time, i may have to give it a miss and stay near the city with higher cost, smaller room and not so good service as not many speak good English like Hyatt does.

this will be my favorite Hyatt Hotel in Japan. very quiet location. the rooms are very nice and new, very spacious too! service is very good. the restaurants serve very good food! Although quite far from downtown, the hotel has all amenities available. perfect for company meetings or for couples on honeymoon who wants quiet peaceful tranquility. this hotel is highly recommended when in Osaka!

Great location for Osaka Marathon”
This is a great hotel if you plan on running the Osaka Marathon. It's conveniently location near the convention hall where you pick up your bib and the finish line. Another great service the hotel provides is the free shuttle bus to and from the Osaka Station.

comfortable stay”
our 1 night stay comes with a universal studio japan ticket for each of the adult and breakfast i chose this hotel as it was near to usj and thought there are plying shuttle bus services bet the park and hotel and we could return to the hotel to rest if needed to. however, there are only 2 trips in a day. 1 service in the morning ( 30 min before the opening of usj) and 1 service at the end of the operating hr for usj ( 30 mins after the usj closes). the usj have different operating hours for different day and month. each trip cost for one adult. it is abt 15 min to usj and reduce the hassle to take 3 different trains the collection of the ticket is at the business centre which operates at 7.30am. we enjoyed the rides at usj.pls note that the rides are not as new as those in universal studio singapore and the languages are all in japanese. it is well worth to buy the express pass to cut the waiting time. we are very envy of those who used the express pass while we were in the queue. the waiting could range from 1 hr to 3 hr! we waited for the magical parade and enjoyed . we used the hotel shuttle bus service and reached hotel abt 9.30pm. most of the restaurants in the hotel have closed at 9pm. the only place we can get food is at the convenience store in a plaza opp the hotel. it closes at 11pm. on our way there we met many hotel guests who also bought food there. there are not much food left when we are there since everyone is in the same plight as us. pls note that there are no room services in that hotel. for the room size, it was big for japanese standard. for a hyatt hotel, i will expect them to provide at least complimentary bottle water. for the breakfast, it was delicious with good variety. pls be early as there are queue expected and the guests will need to wait to be seated. the advantage is that the hotel provided compliments shuttle us services to/ from hotel and namba/ osaka station every 30 mins.

The hotel is located in the new Osaka port area known as Cosmo Square. It is a bit far from the city center but the place is fantastic. Rooms are extremely spacious.

I would like to give special thanks to the concierge team. Without them, I won't be able to enjoy my holiday so much and I'm so glad that I've made a right choice on my accommodation. Excellent Service and Nice View”
Hotel is a bit far from the city, but the hotel provided shuttle bus helps easily accessing to Osaka Station and Cosmo Station (close to Universal Studios Japan and Aquarium. Room is tidy, clean and spacious which is difficult being found in Japan. Hotel staff speak excellent English and very helpful.

the hotel location was perfect for the places we wanted to visit. the staff was very nice and had smiles at all times. the cafe at the hotel served buffet style breakfast, would have been nice if it wasn't the same thing everyday specially for the price. the concierge was very helpful/knowledgeable as well. overall, this is a very nice hotel! my family and i wouldn't mind staying at this hotel again next we're out this way.
